David Hasselhoff has signed on to play the role of Roger DeBris in the Las Vegas production of The Producers. And the show’s creator Mel Brooks couldn’t be happier: “He has incredible comedic timing, terrific musical theater experience, and a stage presence that I think will be a perfect marriage for the role.” (Should we mention here that DeBris is a flamboyant homosexual movie director?) Entertainment Tonight is airing the interview that everyone needs to see. Anna Nicole Smith opens up about the loss of her son, the birth of her daughter, and the moment she knew she found true love. Here is a sneak peek.
On what happened after she found out Daniel was dead:
“The first thing I remember I was in a black car,” she says. “I guess that was the car they brought me here. They had sedated me at the hospital, they said that I was too emotional and I wouldn’t let go of Daniel so they had sedated me and brought me here.”
She says the next thing she remembers is walking in the living room filled with people and police officers.
“I was like, ‘Hi’ to everybody and Howard walked in and he had a crazy look on his face and I didn’t understand why and I asked him what was wrong,” she explains. “He said, ‘I can’t tell you,’ and I’m like, ‘What’s wrong Howard?’ He wouldn’t tell me and I said, ‘What’s wrong?’ And he said, ‘Sit down.’ I sat down and he said, ‘Daniel’s dead.’ I said, ‘What are you talking about?’ And he said, ‘Daniel’s dead.’ I said I didn’t understand. And he said Daniel died at the hospital and that’s how I found out.”
