Jennifer Aniston’s Latest Gig
Posted on April 24, 2007 at 4:15 PM
Despite Jennifer Aniston’s decision to take a break from filming movies, she has decided to sign an endorsement deal with Glaceau.Glaceau is responsible for “smartwater, an electrolyte enhanced drink with the slogan water that’s the envy of all water.”
“Jen has a clean image and that’s smartwater’s whole image, so she’s perfect for it.”
I have to be honest here.Celebrity sponsorship really doesn’t do anything for me. I am not going to get a sudden urge to run out and try smartwater just because Jennifer got paid millions of dollars to lend her face to the product. Ah, who am I kidding? I can run out and do anything even if I wanted to.
Pam Anderson To Adopt?
Posted on April 24, 2007 at 4:08 PM
Pam Anderson wrote of her experience visiting Russia on her blog. She visited an orphanage and was moved by how happy the children are despite having nothing. Was she moved enough to consider adopting one of her own?
Russia was incredible – had such a great time – everyone was so generous and sweet – I especially loved visiting an orphanage outside of Moscow – it was really eye opening – sad but inspiring to see these kids happy despite having nothing – really nothing including parents – their stories are heart wrenching but when you put your arms around these kids and kiss them – play games with them and listen to them sing and laugh – it really makes you reach inside – know how blessed we are – and know how much of a blessing it is that we can brighten a child’s day.
It’s very difficult to adopt from Russia unless you are Russian or living in Russia – but it’s not common in their culture – they do not have a foster care system – when a child is orphaned that is their status – they will be schooled in the orphanage and maybe 5% get adopted – they will stay till they are 16 most of the time…I visited children that were my children’s age – I’m going back to visit – I’m in love with them and their spirits…I have hope for them – they will survive – and I hope as this transition still occurs throughout Russia that they are given a chance.

Holy Mud Batman! I just LOVE beauty products. I was soooo thrilled when The Holy Mud Company decided to sponsor an INO contest. They are donating 6 masks and 3 t-shirts! I am going to split it out into three winners. Each winner will receive a shirt and two masks.
Fresh from the Holy Land, this concentration of carefully sifted Dead Sea Mud is rich in highly absorbent minerals that draw impurities out of your skin’s tissue like a magnet.

Melanie Brown Is Sticking To Her Story
Posted on April 24, 2007 at 10:44 AM
Melanie Brown has officially named her daughter Angel Iris Murphy Brown. She threw the Murphey in there for good measures I guess. It hasn’t been officially determined whether or not Melanie’s daughter is Eddie’s child. Original reports of the name Fortuna were obviously false.
Angel, as she was my little angel through my pregnancy. Iris, as it’s my grandma’s name, Murphy because he’s the dad, and Brown, because I’m the Mum!” the statement said.
Must- See PHOtos!

I know these love it or hate it posts usually revolve around fashion. But I saw these recent pictures of Marilyn Manson and Evan Rachel Wood and got to thinking — how do people feel about this union.
