
I'm at 1,750 calories a day and I'm starving. You just have to get used to portions and changing your lifestyle. I lost 23 or 24 pounds to begin with, but it's kind of a strain when you get to 23 or 24 pounds. That's why I got off of it.

1500 is the recomended daily amount for women on a DIET. its like 1250-1600.

When did she get so fat?? I was looking at some younger pictures of her...she was so nice and...i mean, no disrespect to people who are a bit chubby, but a little weight is fine. But she went from like stick thin to overbearingly fat, i have never seen that before
