Is Nicole Richie shopping for a wedding dress? And is she pregnant or what? All these MAJOR questions surrounding this famous… um, what is she famous for again? VH1 is claiming they have a source who KNOWS this girl is wedding dress shopping. Does anyone else hear a shotgun? Or is this just a bunch of you know what?
