I choked up a bit when I read this. Ryan Phillippe was asked by Howard Stern what he thought about Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan answered respectfully. I think think it is such a shame that Ryan and Reese Witherspoon couldn’t work things out – but so is life. In the end, they have kids and will be a part of one another’s lives until the end.

“He’s a good dude,” Phillippe said on The Howard Stern Show Thursday. “I love her and I want her to be happy, and it seems like she is.”

Just to briefly recap my last post, Get Endless Kissable Lips, the segment “Human Lab” on the Rachael Ray Show tests beauty products to see if what they claim is true. So not only did the bride test L’Oreal’s Endless Kissable Lipstick Colour, the best friend tested Max Factor’s Lasting Performance Liquid Makeup. The brand claims to be virtually a touch proof liquid foundation that never leaves any smudge marks – even on a white napkin. So when it was put to the test at her best friend’s wedding where tears ran down her cheek, there was no tear stains and the foundation didn’t rub off onto the white napkin! She also hugged many men dressed in tuxedos and there was no trace of her face left behind!
The one complaint though about this product is that it’s said to feel heavy, like your wearing a mask. So the tip is not to put too much on and should really only wear it for special occasions, but if you want to wear it everyday, go right ahead!

I was watching Rachael Ray this morning and she does a “Human Lab” segment where she tests beauty products on real people (not paid actors) in real situations to see if what the product claims is to be true. So today she tested L’Oreal’s Endless Kissable Lipcolour on a bride on her wedding day! Talk about putting products to the test, and I give credit to the bride for taking a such a risk on her big day. I mean how many of us would test out a beauty product for the first time at our wedding?!? Not I, that’s for sure.
Anyway, the test proved to be helpful. The bride kissed about a hundred people and not once did she have to reapply her lipstick! And it left no kiss marks on any of her guests. The one thing the bride did say was that it made her lips a bit dry. The explanation is that in order to remain on your lips all day long the lip formula is different in that it contains a lot of drying chemicals, another words your basically staining your lips. However, some lipsticks do come with a moisturizer to help the dryness, but becareful not to use another brands moisturizer. The bride actually admitted to using a moisturizer that day and the lipstick began to run. When you apply a different brands moisturizer it breaks down the chemicals that make the lipstick “stick” to begin with.
