Never would have guessed that Chris Martin from Coldplay is such a bubble gum pop fan! He thinks that Beyonce is a legend.
"She's the most impressive person I've met. She's a legend to me but much younger than me."
Random, right? It always cracks me up when hugely famous and successful people are in total awe of other hugely famous and successful people. :)

she IS 26, i went to elementary school with her in Houston..and unless she was 13 when we were in kindergarten..she's REALLY 26

They're friends, actually, which is why he would talk her up in a complimenary way. He and Gwyneth were a couple of the few people invited to Beyonce's wedding. I wouldn't called Beyonce bubble-gum pop. I'd call her music dance with some hip-hop thrown in.
Chris YOU are the legend. As for Beyonce, she is talented but not what I would consider a legend.

Say what you want but Beyonce is FAR from "bubble-gum pop" and never has been. Nothing about her screams Britney or Mandy or Jessica and you don't have to be a fan to realize that. That was an insult bc even if you don't like her music, most people (Chris Martin included) can respect raw talent.
I think Alicia Keys is 10 times better than beyonce.

Why is it that everytime someone expresses dislike for Beyonce, they're either labeled a hater or jealous? Not everyone has to be a fan of hers, it's an opinion whether or not to like someone. I wish everyone would stop kissing her ass.

Of course they are friends so it is not suprising. beyonce can sing but there is no emotion in her performances she is not an artist.She is a manufactured singer.So not a legend in my eyes. And his wife is dumv as hell so he must be dumb himself.Morons loving morons.

Beyonce is NOT Manufactured!!! Its all her...she writes, sings the backing vocals, dances, produces and writes her own video treats!!! She is ALWAYS live and she is not bubble gum, thats bitney ok! I hate INDIE Fans they are soo narrow minded! GRRR!
