Is Kelly Osbourne Engaged?

There's not much proof to back this claim up, other than some serious bling. Kelly Osbourne was spotted out with a rock on that magic finger causing speculation that she's engaged to her boyfriend, Luke Worrell.
But, I want to say they've only been dating for about two months now, so I'm guessing we'll be hearing rep denial on this story sometime soon.

I'm not sure if she's engaged but every time I see her hairstyle I want to chop all of mine off. I love this cut!

The ring is on the all important finger if you are from the US, but I am pretty sure in England they wear theirs on the right hand not the left....
