Here's a first look at Shia after the accident!
Shia LaBeouf took a smoke break, then went for a walk outside a hospital in Los Angeles, California. Earlier this week Shia was arrested on misdemeanor drunk driving charges after he was involved in a car accident, which resulted in extensive injures to his left hand. His passenger and "Transformers" co-star Isabel Lucas (not pictured) walked away with minor injuries, as did the passengers in the other car.
He seems ok besides the brace.

Ugh he's so freaking hot....makes it hard to be mad at him! I agree with Annie above (great names/minds think alike) he's turning into the male version of Lindsay, Paris, Nicole, and Brit! Which sucks because I always thought he was a higher caliber person. At least he's OK though, I wonder what the full extent of is hand injury was......looks pretty pretty rough in those pics. ***annie***

Come on Vera, He was arrested on suspicion of DWI. Doesn't mean he was actually drunk. last time I checked in this country you are innocent until proven guilty.

I'm not so sure that he's turning into one of those ladies! I'm not condoning anything but honestly.... When I was in high school (only a short 4 years ago) my friends and I would get drunk on the weekend and walk around town, go into shops, CVS, Wendys and be complete ****s. I think it's normal for guys (and girls) in their late teens/20's to party and stuff. He just happens to be famous and hell, if I owned CVS or was the manager I'd call the cops too just so I could say, "oh I got so in so in trouble!" Michael bay has even stated that he knows Shia wasn't drunk. There have been plenty of times that I've had a few drinks, hung out at the bar/restaurant/friends-family's house and then later been ok to drive. If I were to have been in an accident no one would have said otherwise; it's just because he's famous. Ho hum.

Chase, hun, I couldn't agree more! You took the words from my mouth.. but being a chatty girl, I can add some more. I am in my early, early 20's.. same age as Shia, actually. I have done TONS of stupid ****, but I am not famous.. so noone knows about it.. cept the people that work at random drive throughs that we walked up to and annoyed. Stupid ****, it's almost a right of passage as a young adult. Granted, before anyone gets their panties in a twist, he IS in the public eye and someone will always know what's going on.. but think of that pressure! Jesus, I couldn't imagine that, it would make me crack! He wasn't given any on the spot tests to prove if he was 'drunk' or not, so everyone really needs to stop saying that he was charged for it. It's alot of **** being rubbed into the rug, and there's no spray and wash to clean it off. Leave him be, jesus christ, it's obvious he needs some privacy!

You know what's REALLY bad for broken/healing bones? Smoking. It seriously hurts the bone's ability to regrow and knit back together. So with his crushed hand one one side and a cigarette in another he's not going to be mending very well anytime soon.
He's so f'ing hot.....Too bad he had to DUI it up :(
The smoking will get him before the infection in his hand sets in. He may be hot now, but it will only last about another 3 years and then he'll be just another haggard-looking, former child actor.
