A Less Swollen Madonna

Well, someone looks back to normal. While her hair and glasses are hiding the majority of her face, you can easily see that Madonna does NOT look as... tired as she did a few days ago. Those pictures were WILD!!
Here she is with her daughter Lourdes leaving the NYC Kabbalah center. What do you think caused the swelling? Cheek implants gone wrong? Too much water (yes, I'm making stuff up as I go along because I can't imagine what would cause that look besides surgery)? Not enough sleep?Â

Her nose looks so different, I guess she had it "done", too.
Madonna needs a new hairdresser!
One word..PHOTOSHOP. She looks NOTHING like those other pictures.
All I know is: If I had plastic surgery and intense swelling, I'd stay home--especially with her riches!
Definitely a plastic surgery or facial-ish procedure that she had a reaction to. Also, definitely not photoshop.
hm, I think she has had cheek implants, however, somehow I think that this one scary picture was just a bad angle combined with a crazy facial expression, because the other pictures of that set weren't as bad. Also, in this new picture above, her hair covers pretty much the area of her cheeks and you can't really see what's going on in this area. And she seems to be wearing make up or some sort of foundation, which she did not in the scary pics. EDIT: I've just seen another recent pic of Madonna and she still looks scary, it is the covering hair and the make up that makes her look less scary in the above pic. how sad is that!
Overkill with restylane. You see it all the time, but not usually the day after as people lay low if they got quite a bit. Alternately, I mean, she may be having liver problems or something. Could be medical.
The swelling had to be the after effects of some cosmetic/surgical procedure she underwent. Being tired doesn't make you swell up in the face. Usually you look more drawn. If you compare Madonna's face to her younger days, even allowing for the fact that she is older, she is almost unrecognizable. When she was young she had a unique look which I found attractive. Since then she seems to have undergone so many procedures that her face has taken on a generic look. For all the hype about being herself and not caring what others think, she's as much a victim of her own insecurities and the entertainment industry's obsession with youth and looks as all the other cosmetically enhanced "celebs". However with her obsessive nature, she's on the verge of looking freakish with her altered face, emaciated frame and man-arms.
Just look at her hands and you know how old she is!
