Mary Kate Olsen Knows Something About Heath Ledger's Death
Police want to talk to Mary Kate Olsen about Heath Ledger's death... and she's asked for immunity!!! What does that mean? Why would someone do that unless they have something serious to say? This just got terribly interesting. I thought this story was over and Heath could rest in peace, but it seems that Mary Kate knows something that has brought it all back to life.
So why do the police want to talk to Mary Kate? Because she was the first person called after her masseuse discovered Ledger’s body in his New York apartment. According to the New York Post, Olsen "has refused to speak" and her lawyer, Michael Miller, reportedly claims she won’t be interviewed "unless she gets immunity, exercising her constitutional rights". Miller tells the publication, "We are not going to comment on whether there is a criminal investigation."

She's asking for immunity because she's not an idiot. There is never a good reason to talk to the police without representation. Ask a lawyer and a cop.
I hated her after his death, for the whole phone call thing. I just couldn't believe that they wouldn't call 911 right away. But I have to admit, I love the Olsen twins, so my hatred has since faded...probably after seeing Double Double Toil and Trouble for the hundredth time. :)

Hated her for what??? Blame the maid who was dumb enough to call her.
Because she didn't tell her to call the cops, or she didn't call the cops herself. It's not that difficult, I've called the police from a different state before, if it's a friggen emergency you find a way.

How is this possible? If the cops wanted to talk to me I can just decline and get away with it? It is possible because you cannot be compelled to testify against yourself. If the police want to talk with you, and you decline, you may be 'detained' (it's really an arrest, but they call it something else). You may spend the evening in jail until your lawyer has been appointed or called. But this is preferable to a felony conviction and a prison term, isn't it? Remember that in most jurisdictions in the USA, the police are ALLOWED TO LIE TO YOU.

Makes you wonder doesn't it. She probably knows exactly what happened and doesn't want to tell. Is it to protect herself or Heath?.
she is hiding the fact that she hooked Heath up with some of the drugs...most likely Oxycontin since it is very difficult to come by when doctors usually dont prescribe it to young, healthy people...but who knows, heath was supposedly sick with pneumonia at the same time...

I think that Mary Kate altered the drugs he had - She has to be part of his death. Especially the way she won't talk to the cops.
i just think its so heartbreaking. i love heath ledger and i still can't believe he died. i think about it everyday. and i know mary--kate knows something. i'm posetive, i hope the guilt eats her up and she'll crack. she deserves to suffer until she says something prayers go out to michelle and matilda mary-kate u should be ashamed
