Paparazzi No Longer Interested In John Mayer
John Mayer supposedly loves the attention from the paparazzi, but apparently the paparazzi no longer love him. Now that he's no longer with Jennifer Aniston, the press attention has died down.
“He thinks he’s famous as Jen now. Last week he went to a party, tipped off the paps, and even had decoy cars at the ready when he was leaving,” says one paparazzo. “Nice, but no one bothered to follow them, which made John think he ‘lost’ everyone, when really no one bothered to follow him.”
The value of a John Mayer photo on it's own isn't worth it for some of the agencies.
“Pictures of him and Jen were selling for $20,000 at one point. A picture of him alone gets $200 now. Chasing him from his apartment to Nobu is hardly worth it.”
$20,000, WOW. But, I believe it. I remember when the first fuzzy pics of John and Jen at the pool together came out...we were all shocked and dying for more!

Nope. That stunt he pulled blabbing to the press should bite him in the tush, he deserves it. Wonder if he realizes that he is only as interesting as the women he dates.

Well I hope assface goes away now, but unfortunately I think he's just going to try and hook up with some other famous chick.
what sucks - is that he is amazingly talented. I love his music. my husband jokes that he is my elvis. i wish he would have never got involved in any of this because it sort of ruins peoples view of him.

Um.... a lot of people wear scarves. Jen didn't patent it ! Remember a few weeks back, Rachel Ray wore one in the Dunkin' Donut's ad ? Maybe she has an obsession with Jen too !

We wont hear from him again until he hooks up with another famous single. He will probably try to give owen wilson a run for the money with Kate.
I love John Mayer and I am happy the PAPS are off him. Maybe now he can get back to doing what he does best; write music and perform. People are so cruel to celebrities. Come on people; he is a human being with feelings. He has a mother and a father and friends and everyone talks about him like his a parasite. Have a little more respect for your fellow human. You notice how Vera doesn't cut on celebrites on here. Take the high road. Just say you are not interested and move on. Imagine you were him for a minute and read some of these comments, wouldn't they make you feel like jumping off a bridge? I know they would make me feel that way. Be carfeul what you say about people. You know what they say about Karma.

BRAVO !! I totally agree. John is super talented, but it is all lost because people focus more on what he is doing and who he is with. I don't care. I will still listen to his music !!!

I really doubt this story is true. The paparazzi followed John a lot before he started dating Jennifer. There's probably a lot less now but he still gets attention.
aawwwww I think gavintiegirl is looking for brownie points. I had no idea that John Mayer was a human beings let alone has feelings. Thanks for pointing that out. (rolling my eyes). Sorry I cringe when I read your comment...it's truly pathetic.
I really don't care about John Mayer, alone or with Jen. OK, I cared a little more when he was with Jen, now I am back to not caring at all.

i've never liked his music, but a few years ago he did a few comedy bits on various tv shows, and he was hilarious. so i went from "i can't stand him" to "his music is lame, but he's really funny" to "just go away, for the love of god."

Nope, I have no interest - wasn't really interested in him when he was with Jen. After the way he talked about their break up instead of just being a gentleman and not saying anything, I don't like him at all.
He seems like an odd duck to me.

I don't know if Jen owes most of you favours, the way ppl always bash guys that dump her or that she dumps. Maybe the problem is with her...how old is she btw. So this guy is disgusting because he said he is the one that dumped Jen, the same thing happened with Brad...Clearly she is unable to keep a man. BTW I'm not saying John was right, but ppl never complained abt him until he was dumped...whatever
yes that is what Jennifer does to her men. Vince ? who talk about him now? Jhon ? he lost fans because of her. You think you get famous by having her but you lose more. Even if she is at fault like Jhon time by talking about her relationship first and last, She will always be ok since nothing will be her fault as usual. That is why no A list actor wants to date her and ruin his life/carrier. I hope she will find producer/director type guy who won't be affected even if he breaks up with her.
I think he lost it when eh decided to have that mini press conference. The downfall from there.

It would be nice to see Jennifer settle with a good man and I think that is what attracts people's interest when she is dating. "Is this the one?" and when it isn't, the interest moves on.... The thing about the 'type' she is dating they are all also some what famous and with the money...and women are literally throwing it at them all the time so that is a bit difficult in itself. If everyone had a mate that had women throwing it at them on a daily basis, it is hard to say that we all wouldn't have the same circumstances. What she needs is someone who is more stable, church-going and loving not someone who might tend to be self-absorbed. I hope she finds that one day. Unfortunately, for her whether she is the dupee or the dumper, her love life is always going to under some sort of scrutiny.
John Mayer is soooooo self absorbed.
