Star of "Gossip Girl", Blake Lively arrived to the "Late Show With David Letterman" wearing a fantastic dress and peep toe heels. Of course being a celebrity doesn't stop normal things like static cling from happening. What do you think of Blake's outfit?

I love that dress ! I'd use it a bit longer though.
LOVE the dress. But, yeah just a little longer.
love the dress but it should be 2-3 inches longer for a good balance , otherwise give an illusion of being top heavy.

great color on her, but yes, too short. what's the deal with ladies going on Letterman with such short skirts? it's like a competition to prove who has the best legs/least cellulite. Oy, I am probably just jealous ;)

The dress should be longer on the bottom to balance out the higher waist (band right under her boobs). Otherwise it just looks kinda like a dress that used to fit and shrunk -- or only very slightly longer shirt that she forgot to put pants on underneath. I have alot of tops in the style. :-) Other than the too-short length, she and the dress are gorgeous.
