Hours... that's how long it took me to pick winners for this contest. HOURS. I can't believe how many adorable, lovable, squishable (yeah, that's almost a word) animals we all have! So cute!
This won't be the last time we do this though. I promise. I had too much fun with this post to stop here. I think once a day we should all upload a pic of something. After this contest, I will start to regularly add these "Getting to know INO" posts so everyone can meet one another.Â
Back to this contest, I couldn't just pick 10. So, I chose 16. You have three days to vote and to get your friends / family in on the game. Who will win the $100 gift certificate from Amazon.com?? It's all up to you now.Â

I could not use any pictures that were blurry, grainy or too small. Pictures that were uploaded as an avatar were too small for me to use. It was such a shame too because there were so many CUTE pictures in there. For the next "Getting to know INO" post, I will be sure to place a reminder of how to upload pictures.

Honestly I can't pick one. They are all so cute and special in their own way. But congrats to the "winners" :)

Only three cats out of 16 contestants? I sense Vera has a pro-canine bias! Seriously, they're all absolutely adorable, but I'm especially torn between giving 1, 11 or 12 my vote.
Yeah, I want more kitties too! Too many of those little annoying yappy dogs, though they are still cuties, they do not measure up to kitties.

Yeah, there are too many of those little yappy doggies which are cute but not ones I would ever vote for. I can't vote because like 90% of them are of that kind and there are many cuter pets around!

Even though they are absolutely adorable beyond reason, I have to go with #6, b/c even though my own dear sweet adorable Quesadilla wasn't chosen, Chihuahuas have to represent (white Chihuahuas at that!)
Okay, this is a weird post. I have been here from the beginning, but when did this become the dog show site? And not even dogs- but tiny puppies! I don't know if I am more grossed out by the direction the site is taking or the fact that Vera only chose puppies and little yip-yip dogs. Seriously! I would prefer Sienna Miller! WHAT is going on around here? Michael K. - save me!
Agree...this is a gossip blog not a cute puppy and kitten site. If you want pictures of cute pets go to www.cuteoverload.com...nevertheless; they're all very adorable, I just want to squeeze them really hard until they stop breathing....LOL
Anastasia, i couldn't have said it better! Vera, why are you shoving those pets down our throats? Half the site is taken with pictures of, dare i say it without getting beaten by pet nazis, not even cute dogs and cats (at least not all of them are cute, and don't get me started on that poor turtle). Seriously!

LOL! I am actually smiling at "Pet Nazis" but I think it was meant as an insult. I guess it is a whole lot easier to make personal attacks and call people names when you remain anonymous! :-) P.S. I love dogs- and if it were a "click to continue reading" then I think I could stomach all this a little more. Actually, I think Vera probably does care if we all just "leave" and don't visit the site any more. Our daily (hourly) hits put money in her pocket- duh.
Aren't we all anonymous on the internet? Or is your real name Anastasia Beaverhausen, not to mention that you look a lot like Karen? :-). No, pet nazi wasn't meant as an insult at least not in my first post, but after being called a dumbass, I'm not sure. "Click to continue" is exactly what this post would have needed, Vera isn't posting every single picture of celebs on the main page, we have click through, so why not here? I admire the lady who wrote that she has three shelter dogs, that's what real pet lovers look like to me. Little dogs which people tend to treat like they're little babies, are just not doing it for me. I know that those poor pets aren't the ones to be blamed, rather the owners, but try to start a fair-minded discussion with them about how they're treating animals and ... well, you might get the idea of what I meant with pet nazi. Anyhoo, this is a long post, and I don't know why I'm even coming back here, I need to get back to my work. :-). Take care.

I don't know how you even picked these ones, there's just no way I could pick the cutest, they are all adorable!!!
How come only puppies and teeny tiny dogs have been chosen? I took a look at some of the other entries and there were quite a few cute bigger, adult dogs. I guess it goes with the overall theme of the site: hollywood frivolity that often translates into small-breed puppy as accessory. I have to say I'm really disapointed. As for the disgruntled "what's with all the dogs" commenters: this is a contest, your gossip fill can still be found on the site; a little scrolling goes a long way.
Wow. I wonder if you have ever heard of a puppy mill. If not, you should check out the Human Society's website on it at www.stoppuppymills.org. Small dogs are bred in horribly inhumane conditions in order to produce many of the dogs such as the ones seen above. If you buy a dog from a pet shore you are supporting the puppy mill business. I wish shelter dogs would have been a little more fairly represented, as there is a massive pet overpopulation problem in our country. In between 3 and 6 million cats and dogs are euthanized every year because people choose to support an industry of greed rather than rescue perfectly loving and deserving pets from an animal shelter. All three of my shelter dogs are cuter than any of the above.

@pirate amanda. I know you mean well and absolutely puppy mill are a disgrace but you just don't know what a puppy mill really is if you think they only produce small dogs. Puppy mills breed Dogs of all breeds shapes and sizes. Small dogs based on their size alone are not a direct result of a puppy mill. Go inform yourself and don't be a fool, your comment was truly ignorant.
Just because people own small dogs does not mean they were purchased from a pet store! I have 2 small dogs and neither is from a pet store. Actually my adorable Jack Russell was an abused dog that we rescued so don't lump all owners together, it's offensive and ignorant. Also, why do you think only little dogs come from puppy mills???

Aw, these little guys are all adorbale. There are 11 dogs though out of 16 and only 3 cats and then a ferrett and a turtle. Not fair! The dogs are cute, but I want to see more kitties! I think they're cuter. I can't vote since I need more validity in this poll to do so.
