New York Fashion Week is just another excuse to wear crazy clothes. But Petra Nemcova actually didn't choose an outfit that's too far out there. It's just that with her haircut, boots and that short little dress she's looking a little mod. So from her head to her toes, what do you think of Petra's style? Do you love it or do you hate it?

The dress and boots do not go together, there is not enough dress for those chunky ill fitting boots. That dress is just not a boot dress, throw on some strappy sandals or something cuz right now it looks like a big mess.
