It's only statutory rape if sexual relations are occurring. If they're only dating, it's up to the parents to allow them to be together. People give me a break!!! My sister was 15 and her boyfriend 22 when they started dating, and they have been together now over 20 years and have two beautiful children. My Grandmother was 16 and my Grandfather 32 when they got married and they were married for over 50 years before my Grandfather died and had 6 children. People need to get over themselves with all this rape crap.

He is using her for publicity to jump-start his career...a 15-year-old should not be dating a 20 yr old...and to the poster up there whose 15-year-old sister dated a 22-year-old man...your parents must be nuts, and I don't care if they're still together. As for what your Grandma did, give ME a break. That was a different time, and there were no stat. rape laws in place then to protect young girls from predators.
