Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones arrived to Cipriani to attended the Elie Wiesel Foundation’s Humanity Gala last night in New York. I’ve noticed that Catherine definitely has a thing for purple. It seems we find her in this color more often than not.

Tina Fey, writer / star of “30 Rock” and overall demi-god of network television, was photographed leaving LAX with fellow cast mate Tracy Morgan yesterday.I adore Tina and I’m ecstatic that she won an Emmy for her comedic writing. I’m also a huge fan of her show, “30 Rock” and I was glad to see it win for Best Comedy Series.

I’m hoping Amy Poehler takes the same great path away from Saturday Night Live. She really brought a lot to that show and I hope that she lands a few great roles. According to IMDB, Amy has a few projects already on her schedule, one of which is a television program which she is writing and starring in.

Guess the cat is out of the bag as Lindsay Lohan has admitted that she’s been dating Samantha Ronson for "a long…very long time".

The interview begins with a recap about the Travis Barker / DJ AM accident and Samantha talking about her friendship with Adam. As expected, turns out he really is a great guy. Everyone seems to have a great tale to tell when it comes to Adam.

Then Lindsay jumps on the phone to give her recap of the accident. She found out via text alongside Samantha very early in the morning. She sends out her blessings to the families who have lost someone and talks about how she won’t fly private anymore.

With only seconds to spare, and in true DJ fashion, Lindsay’s call ended with a questions about her unclear relationship with Ronson.

Helen Mirren, Christie Brinkely, and Molly Sims arrived to the opening night of The Metropolitan Opera wearing mermaid style gowns though each had a different take on the trend. Mermaid style is SO IN this season. I never thought twice about the style until my best friend got married in onelast year. Now, since it’s on my radar, I don’t go a day without finding a set which includes a woman in this type of gown.

The always fabulous Parker Posey also attended the event , but choose a completely different style. Does it work?
