Star’s Beauty Shortcuts

I love saving money, especially this time of the year! Who knew that celebswere just as frugal??Well, consider these tricks to be time-savers too–maybe that’s the motivation?:
Nicole Richie (above at the 18th Annual Environmental Media Awards in LA)loves the au-naturale look with one exception:she sometims skips everything but mascara or false lashes.Says a rep:
She sayslashes are all you need most of thetime."
Kate Hudson looked oh-so-svelte at the grand opening of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, and apparently, even if she wasn’t bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, you’d never know! The trick?:
If you’ve had a late night, fill a bowl with ice and water, then use it to wash your face to take down puffiness, like Kate Hudson does."
Brrr….James, it’s cold outside!!Here’s a time- and money-saver that bundled-up mommy Sarah Jessica Parker uses:
Instead of carrying blotting papers, which can run you $10 a pack, just duck into the bathroom, tear off a piece of a toilet-seat cover, and use it to mop up oil for free."
