If you haven’t made your New Year’s Eve’s plans yet, and have some money to spare, then maybe you can ring in 2009 with a celebrity!Here’s where some of them will be tonight.
If you’re in New York City and want to go to Times Square, singers Taylor Swift along with a few of the Jonas brothers (Joe, Kevin, and Nick) will be performing.
If you are in NYC but want to be indoors, Mario Lopez will be at Marquee.You can join him for $150.
On the west coast, Travis Barker and DJ AM will ring in the New Year at the Wiltshire Theater in Los Angeles.Tickets to see them are $90.
Eva Longoria Parker will be at her restaurant Beso; I guess you just need to buy dinner to be there.
Robin Thicke will perform at LA’s Area while Katy Perry is singing at Paramount Studios.Tickets to each of their shows is $150.

Lindsay Lohan will be at Mansion in Miami while Samantha Ronson DJ’s.Joining them will cost $200.
John Legend will sing at Prive, which is near Miami’s South Beach, and you can watch for $200.
Rapper T.I. will perform at a party hosted by Chloe Sevigny at Gansevoort South; tickets to attend start at $225.
And if you’re in Miami and really have some money to spend, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Molly Sims, and Adam Levine are hosting separate parties at one place:Fontainebleu.A ticket to each party is $400.(And really, why go if you don’t go to all three?)
That makes going to Las Vegas a bargain.You can join new parents Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz at Pure for $20, or Kim Kardashian and her sisters at LAX for $150, or Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt at Christian Audigier nightclub for only $125.
And if you don’t live in a major city?Well, what better way to ring in 2009 than with your friends?I bet you’ll have just as much fun!

I thought I had it close but not right; isn’t she actually a Seattle Seahawk? (football) Look at their team logo, the right colors and all. I hope the team appreciates her cleavage.

Oh geez – if someone doesn’t have a completely fat stomach or isn’t sunken in there has to be a comment.
I’m not a believer in all women being stick-thin, either, but I’d cut the dress a bit differently so it isn’t doing that buckling under her tummy. Maybe it was just an unfortunate shot, she looks fine in the thumbnail profile.
The eyeball dress is so ugly. She’s beautiful, but that dress has to go!
