Aubrey O’Day was spotted getting cozy with some new “friends” at the Hollywood Life House. Aubrey was so taken with the Amstel Light St. Bernard Dogs that she insisted on taking multiple photos with the pups. Once inside the house, she dialed her pet sitter so she could “talk” to her own dog, Ginger. I almost can’t believe Ginger wasn’t with her!!! Perhaps it was too cold?

After taking her first snowboarding lesson, Denise Richards was also spotted at Park City Mountain Resort snuggling and kissing the Amstel Light St. Bernards and relaxing in full après ski mode.

Don’t you hate it when life gets in the way of healthy living?! Damn those parties!!

On Friday I had a little reunion with an old friend who I believe came into my life this year for a very specific reason. I won’t say why just yet, but I believe nothing is a coincidence.

On Saturday, I had my three friends from High School who I share a tattoo with come over to meet my kids and husband. We had an amazing time, but I cooked way too much food and ate… way too much food.

You’d think one cheat day on a weekend was good enough right? Think again! TODAY was my book club meeting for The Glass Castle which also acts as a pot luck. Everyone brings something and there were 18 ladies!! So can you imagine how much food we had?! I made the Oreo trifle… but tried my hardest to make it "diet friendly".

I layered crushed reduced fat Oreos, fat free pudding and fat free coolwhip. I am POSITIVE it helped out with the calories… but you know that scoop I had will be hanging out around my thighs tomorrow afternoon!! LOL

Whatever- what can you do!

Since tomorrow is a holiday, I won’t have to go too crazy with the blog since odds are not many PR people will blast out press releases. There will be NO excuse for me! I am going to do a 20 minute yoga tape (or at least attempt to) and start eating right again.

Our next book for the club is SUPER light and airy. One woman is going through some emotional problems at the moment and requested a laugh out loud read. So we ended up choosing Bitter is the New Black.Haven’t bought it yet, but will let you know how it goes.

Celebrities are spotted walking up and down Main St. in Park City, visiting gift shops, restaurants, and the ski lift at the Sundance Film Festival 2009. Mariah Carey, a more refined looking Nick Cannon, Paris Hilton with her new BFF, Nicky Hilton, Jamie Lynn Sigler, Elijah Wood, Parker Posey and Ashley Judd are all in town to enjoy the festitivies.

You know Heroes is right around the corner when Hayden Panettiere starts coming out of hiding. Ever since she started to date co-star Milo Ventimiglo, she has shied away from the limelight.

Well here she is arriving to the Green Inaugural Ball. I had to look up what the Green Ball was about.

When planning a green event, there are a lot different philosophies on which choices have the least environmental impact. As we see it, there are lots of shades of green. Event Emissary has designed The Green Ball to have a minimal impact while maintaining the aesthetics, quality and standards expected from an Inaugural ball experience.

Nice to see people that are starting to make conscious decisions to try to lessen their impact on the environment… even when planning a ball. Click here to see everything they did.

The BET Honors Second Annual Black Entertainment Awards were held in Washington DC over the weekend. Fan favorites like Ne Yo, Queen Latifah, Angela Bassett, Gabrielle Union, Monica, Star Jones, and my personal favorite Mary J Blige were in attendance.

While growing up, did you have an artist that you totally related to? Like everything they wrote make sense to you? That was Mary for me. I knew her first few albums front and back!

And for all Ne Yo fans out there, I have some personal information about him. My old high school friend who I recently just reconnected with works for Def Jam. She’s the girl that travels with the artists and makes sure they keep on their schedules and are "happy" at all times. Ne Yo is one of her responsibilities and she says he is the nicest person. Totally unaffected, doesn’t abuse staff, truly grateful and a great person to be around… even after a 15 hour flight.I thought that was nice to hear considering I LOVE him. Just wanted to pass the word around.
