Lady Gaga: Not Wearing Pants is an “Art” Form
Posted on February 12, 2009 at 10:16 PM
So apparently not wearing pants is now an “art” form.Well at least according to Lady Gaga. The young singer has been making fashion headlines with the scandalous outfits she walks around in.
She told the press:
“I just
don’t feel that it’s all that sexy. It’s weird. And uncomfortable. I
look at photos of myself, and I look like such a tranny! It’s amazing!
I look like Grace Jones, androgynous, robo, future fashion queen. It’s
not what is sexy. It’s graphic, and it’s art. But that’s what’s funny:
Well, yeah, I take my pants off, but does it matter if your pants are
off if you’ve got eight-inch shoulder pads on, and a hood, and black
lipstick and glasses with rocks on them? I don’t know. That’s sexy to
me.But I don’t really think anybody’s d- is hard, looking at that. I
think they’re just confused, and maybe a little scared. It’s more
Manson to me than it is sexy.”
So what’s the verdict. Is taking your pants of fashionable now?

Sandra Bullock Talks Fashion, Wedding Dresses, and Staying Fit
Posted on February 12, 2009 at 10:13 PM
Sandra Bullock seems like a really loving person. She also has a killer body and looks good on the red carpet! Here is a
recent interview that I found interesting…
How do you stay in shape?
“People ask, ‘How do actresses do it?’ Um, they pay us to do this in
order to look good on film. I do Pilates, kickboxing, weight training.
When I’m in Austin, I run or ride a bike. If I can work out every day,
I will. But there are times when I won’t do anything for two weeks, and
I’m like, ‘You know what? I talk enough to burn calories.’”
What is your most memorable fashion moment?
“My wedding dress. It was beautifully handcrafted, with elegant
French lace. Angel Sanchez designed it, and every time I’d try it on,
he’d say, ‘Sandra, please [lose] five pounds!’ I apologize, Angel. I
didn’t give him those five pounds, but guess what? That round, shiny,
happy person was me.”
What is your shopping indulgence?
“At the end of every film I buy myself something. I’m frugal and I
have to have saved for it. I once bought a big orange Hermes bag, but
the guilt that followed from buying it lasted a year. I used it in
another movie I just shot, ‘The Proposal,’ so I feel better about it.”
Jennifer Aniston to Launch Fragance Line?
Posted on February 12, 2009 at 10:09 PM

It’s typical for celebrities to cross over into other industries to make even more money since they obviously need it.
Now “Marley and Me” actress Jennifer Aniston is shopping around to get a beauty deal. This means a possible fragrance is in the work for the actress.
“We’re not in a position to confirm or deny this,” a representative for Aniston’s manager said, while a rep at her talent agency, Creative Artists Agency, said, “We have no comment” and that “we don’t comment on deals.”
That’s practically a confirmation people!
I’ve actually never been a big fan of celebrity fragrances and
prefer designer scents to the ones sold at Walgreens, but I have hopes
that Jennifer’s fragrance will do better then say Paris Hilton’s or
Jennifer Lopez’s.
Two Whitneys Out And About
Posted on February 12, 2009 at 6:54 PM

The name is about the only thing these two women have in common.Reality tv star (The Hills, The City) Whitney Port does some shopping in lacy leggings with silver flats, a creamy coat (which I want), and a heavy scarf. What do you think of her look?
Regardless of what you think of Whitney Port’s look, music icon Whitney Houston’s casual look is completely different! Here she is in LAX wearing jeans, knee-high (suede?) boots, and a large beige scarf. But before you think she looks too plain, check out that rock on her finger!(I have to point out it’s on her left hand
Maybe it’s a gift from her rumored boyfriend, Ray-J (Brandy’s little brother)?

Rosie O’Donnell Talks About Her Upcoming Movie Called America
Posted on February 12, 2009 at 6:23 PM
Rosie O’Donnell gave a really honest interview to TV Guide Magazine and opened up about her experience with child abuse and why her upcoming Lifetime movie “America” hits so close to home.
On the film:
“‘America’…is about the struggle that an estimated half million kids in this country face, languishing in the foster care system. It took six years to get made because a movie about foster care isn’t high on the priority list”
“The movie is very close to my heart because I was a foster parent in Florida-until this November, gay people weren’t allowed to adopt there. And I identify with America because after my mom died, I was an abused child.”
On her character, Dr. B (America’s therapist at a treatment facility for foster kids):
“I had a person like Dr. B in my life…a teacher named Pat Marvel. She took me into her home and became like a mother to me after I ran away. She totally saved me.”
On her motivations and aspirations:
“I believe the foster care system is severely broken and to put a face on this unknown epidemic [is] very important. I think you have a responsibility, if what you’re doing means something to you, to help people through your art.”
“I hope this movie encourages the nation to step up to the plate and handle this epidemic…because it’s a tragedy.”
For more details pick up the February 16th issue of TV Guide Magazine (on newsstands Thursday, February 12th).
Anyone looking forward to seeing this film?
