Alicia Keys‘ look as described from make up artist Ashunta Sheriff. She had the opportunity to get the singer ready for The Academy Awards.

I wanted to make a separation for Alicia Keys the 12 time award winning Grammy artist and Alicia Keys the emerging actress. The dress was a gorgeous Magenta Armani Prive’ gown with a sultry front split. I was inspired by Veronica Lake, Lena Horne and the women in Hollywood in the 40′s and early 50′s so bold lips, luminous skin, strong brows and sultry eyes are all a MUST!!!

I started by prepping skin with Elizabeth Arden Gold Ceramide Capsules to hydrate the skin and make the skin have a radiant glow then applied Elizabeth Arden Pure Finish Mineral Powder 5. Under eye circles were masked with Mary Kay Beige 2 Concealer. Next I used Queen Collection Natural Hue Minerals Bronzer in Light Bronze 1 to sculpt and contour her face. I then brought in an eye liner to smoke lower lashes using Makeup Forever Aqua Eyes pencil which is waterproof in Black Purple which was totally different from just standard black and Dior Liquid black liner on top lids. Using Dior 5 Color Palette in Tropical Mist and added Shu Uemura Smoky Layers Lashes for drama. The eye was complete with CoverGirl LashBlast Luxe Mascara in Black Emerald.

Brows are such a key point of the face and the women of the 40′s and 50′s always had amazing ones. So I used a brunette brow pencil from Dior and softened it with Dior Blonde Shimmer brow gel.

The Smashbox body Lights glow to enhance her already tanned skin and the finally the bold hibiscus colored lip set off the lavender and pink tones Alicia had on. Because the lip was so vibrant I knew I would need to use Elizabeth Ardens Ceramide Plump perfect lip moisture so that the lip color would last and plump up lips. I used Mary Kay lip pencil in Raspberry all over the lips filling it in so her lips had lasting power and finished the look with Mary Kay Fleur De Polynesie which is a gorgeous pink.

Cheeks were soft peach from Mary Kay called Shy with Dior Skin Flash pen used as a highlight on cheekbones, brow bones and the bridge of the nose.

Here are the details on Amy Adams’ Oscar look by makeup artist Molly R. Stern (CoverGirl’s Celebrity Makeup Artist).

I started by preppingthe face with Jurlique citrus spray to give the face a healthy lift then I gave Amy a light facial massage with La Mer moisturizing lotion.

Next I based her face with YSL perfect touch #2.Then l blushed her cheeks with Chantecaille Aqua Blush in Frivolous as a peachy base with Chantecaille Sesame peach eyeshadow over top. Her eyes are based with NARS cream eyeshadow in Maracaibo. Over that I blended Shu Uemura shadow in gray 960 mixed with Shu Uemura shadow in purple 700 all over the lid up into the crease. With a flat shadow brush I added a touch of NARS shadow in Ondine on the inside corner of her lid to give the eye a little gold hint.I lined the top and underneath of her eye with Trish McEvoy’s Arabian nights definer. To soften the line underneath I added a soft smudge of Suqqu lavender shadow in #27. On her lashes I put 1 soft coat of CoverGirl Exact Eyelights Mascara in Black Ruby. On her lip I based her lip with La Mer lipbalm then applied a thin coat of Outlast Lipstain by CoverGirl in Plum Pout. Then a sheer layer of Shu Uemura wine lip color in 265 with a dot of CoverGirl Wetslicks AmazeMint in Plum Crazy at the center of her lip for a little extra pout.That’s also what she took in her bag for touch ups.

Lara Spencer hit the red carpet last night wearing a Naeem Khan creation. The gorgeous co-host of "The Insider" chose a plum chiffon gown with crystal-trimmed cuffs, belt and stand collar from the designer’s collection for the Academy Awards.

The video is a few minutes, but Lindsay Lohan really opened up about the hottest topics (minus Samantha Ronson naturally). Here’s the recap:

• She is starting a spray tan line via Sephora.
• She is also working on a diamond jewelry line.
• She is doing yoga twice and week at most and remains busy going to movie meetings.

Hilary Duff opened up to Rachael Ray about her feud with Faye Dunaway, the pressure of remaking the classic “Bonnie and Clyde,” and how she feels about dating a New York hockey player. This segment airs on the RACHAEL RAY show on February 24th.

I think Faye is going to be a staple question for Hilary from now on. Ten years from now, reporters will still bring it up!

On whether or not Hilary supports Mike by going to his games.

Oh of course!They’re intense (the fans). Getting in fights with each other. It is rough, and they’re rough on each other. But, the first couple of games I went to I’m like, these people are nuts.They are like so into it.And then, I got really into it once I started learning the game.And people obviously know that I’m sitting there, because I like to sit in the audience, you know I don’t sit up in a box or anything.People started to know that I’m sitting there, and they’ll be like “Mike (Comrie) sucks!”, or try to rile me up.And I’m like, hey watch it! I’ll come up there you know.I try to not be that crazy girl friend.

And what about if she met Faye in person? What would she say?

I don’t know, I don’t know what I would say to her.Obviously it was a little hurtful and she said that she wished that they’d got a real actress to play the part, and you know what, I am just sick of people…I have always taken the high road when it comes to people talking bad about me, and I’m over it.It’s not necessary to have negativity especially in this day and age. I’d be like, “Hey, how are you doing!”

On whether or not she was nervous to do the remake:

We’re not necessarily remaking it, but the actual story was a little altered for that movie.This is actually like the true facts and events of how everything unfolded. So it’s a little different. I’m so excited, I know that it’s a big deal.I’m going to work really hard to do a great job, especially now!

Ted reported that Robert was extremely nervous before presenting at last night’s Academy Awards.And how did Robert supposedly calm himself?

Both Natalie and Robert also attended the Vanity Fair Oscar party and were supposedly spotted together.

‘[Portman] seemed really into him, and went right up to say hello once
she spotted him,’ dished a close Pattinson chum at the exclusive do.

The two totally flirted it up outside on the patio, and Rob started to feel right at home in his newly found Hollywood lifestyle.

[Natalie] was batting those beautiful eyelashes at Pattinson, and he
seemed to be enjoying every minute of it. And there were a lot of
minutes."

However, the mole reported that Robert left the party alone.
