Nicole Richie looked so adorable and happy as she had lunch at Joan’s On Third in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon wearing a purple colored dress and flats.

We all know she has a jewelry line out called House of Harlow . From what I’ve seen and heard, it’s doing well which makes me happy because I’m hoping it’ll encourage her to do more. Wouldn’t you guys be interested in seeing what kind of clothing line she’d make?

Eva Mendes has admitted to a bedroom secret – she likes to eat in bed! Although the actress confesses that eating Indian food is the hardest to pull off, it is her favorite vice.

"I have so many guilty pleasures! One of them is to eat in bed
while watching television. It sounds kind of gross but I absolutely love it.
I love to watch my favorite program with my food on a tray on my lap.

"I’ve learned however that eating Indian may not be such a good thing to
have in the bedroom. I’ve made that mistake before so never again!

But I am
a huge snacker so you’ll always find me indulging in something."

Eva told Australia’s Sydney Morning Herald that all this snacking forces her to work out harder.

"I love
chocolate! I like chocolate like no-one else and I love indulging. I work
out almost everyday – at least five days a week. I put in a lot of time at
the gym to ensure that I am able to indulge at other times. Pleasure is
pain!"

Pleasure is

I promised myself I wouldn’t write about this on again off again relationship for a while… and then Lindsay Lohan gave a statement to E! Online about the status. It’s off.

"We are taking a brief break so I can focus on myself."

It’s no secret these two girls like to ride on a rocky road. I guess Samantha and Lindsay just had enough of the fighting.

You know who else has had enough? Samantha’s family.

"They were directed to the court to get a restraining order," Beverly Hills Sgt. Nutall told Us on Monday.

There are also reports that the locks on the family home have been changed as well a a window which was broken during a lover’s dispute a few weeks ago.

"Samantha’s family has made her swear that it’s really over.
They are giving her all the support they can to keep her away from Lindsay.
"Samantha changed the locks on her house. Lindsay moved her stuff out as
much as she could. She’s basically totally out of the house as far as her
stuff and she’s not living there anymore. Lindsay was pretty devastated."

"Lindsay is going to try and twist the situation in
her favor, but Samantha clearly left her, not the other way around."

Lindsay is now leaning on her mother for support.

"Lindsay is beside herself since the split. She has told family and friends she does not want to be left alone, so her mother came out with her for some retail therapy but it ended in disaster."

Hope this all turns out the right way.

Jamie Kennedy is one happy man! When asked how he was feeling while walking the red carpet for the 2009 CMAs Jamie said everything was great.

“I feel good!” said Kennedy, who arrived at the 44th Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday clasping Love Hewitt’s hand. “This is like our first day out in six or seven days. We’ve been kind of chilling, relaxing.”

What’s something Jamie is taking away from his new relationship besides love and comfort – FASHION advice!

“She teaches me a lot,” he says turning to Hewitt. “She’s teaching me
to be a sharp dresser.” Adds Hewitt, with a smile: “I thought he looked
handsome.

Aww – these two are so sweet! But I can’t help think about Ross McCall. I don’t know why I thought Jennifer would end up back with him. I guess not.

Even Jennifer confessed she is in a good place – so the feeling is mutual.

“We’re really lucky,” she says. “Life is good.”

Victoria Beckham is “too busy” to appear on ‘Desperate Housewives’.
The star’s close friend Eva Longoria, who plays Gabrielle Solis on the show, has been asking Victoria for a cameo appearance. Unfortunately, between flying to see David, launching her fashion line and her three boys – it’s an impossibility.

Eva said:

“She is a bright girl and so funny. We would love her on the show and the show’s creator, Marc Cherry, thinks she is super. But Victoria is way too busy with her fashion empire, which is a shame.”

However a source told Britain’s New! Magazine that the REAL reason why Victoria won’t do it is because she is intimidated by Teri Hatcher, Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman.

“Victoria knows her limitations. All the girls are great actresses and she has no plans to compete there.”

I’m guessing it’s probably because of her schedule!
