Can you believe it?! My Love it or Hate it post this morning was a BUST. The girl was wearing a wig.
It’s almost summer and we’ve seen so many celebrities dying their hair lighter. So I wasn’t terribly surprised when Kim Kardashian debuted a blonder look. Buuuuut, turns out she had us all fooled! It’s actually a wig.
Kim just posted on her blog:
It’s a wig! Did I have you fooled? I did a fabulous photo shoot this weekend and they put this hair piece on! I haven’t taken it off since, because I’m really loving the look. I’ve been wearing it around New York and everyone thought it was my real hair! It’s making me want to dye my hair and maybe go lighter for the summer. What do you think? Should I dye it for real?

I vote no! She’s very exotic looking as a brunette. I think Kim is gorgeous as-is.

I’ve never been one to notice someone’s knees. People make those kinds of comments and personally, I don’t get it. It’s just not something that I ever look at, whether it’s to say “she’s got great knees” or “eew, ugly”. Dunno. Not my thing I guess.
Pretty is as pretty does, would’nt matter. This girl could wear a poodle on her head and still look hot!!!!!
She looks great as a blonde. It’s a shame it was only a once off. Great dress too!!

I agree. She would look good in anything! I am a little surprised that the blonde goes so well with her dark olive coloring. I’d like to know what shade of blonde that is? I’d like to give it a try myself. I don’t know where these stars get such great pieces like this? I am sure they spend a pretty penny on them though!
Beyonce wears those wigs all the time and people think it’s her real hair,maybe Kim wanted to show to people how fooled they can get when they think it’s someone’s real hair when actually it is those expensive lace front wigs.!!!!
Oh well there are now other important things to comment on that are going on in the world but this highlights how much it is easy to manipulate the public !!!!!

Kim Kardashian wears dark haired wigs, too. I noticed when I have saw very close up photos of her. Then, the other time she’s wearing extensions. We’ve not seen her real hair in a long time.
The brunette hair Kim has a lot of times is a wig also. Her hairline varies is a telltale sign. Kim loves extensions and wigs.
I don’t understand why people waste their time posting about how they don’t like a post… I’d just skip over it (like I do with anything related to Spencer and Heidi lol), but whatever.
I’d say this is like Jennifer Lopez/Jessica Alba blonde – not my favorite.
On a side note, how the heck do these wigs look SO real? I was studying her hairline and can’t even see where the wig starts – amazing!

I say no too. she looks so much better darker. and btw – that’s not blonde – it’s more medium brown to me.

it’s more like lite brown…don’t you think? it washes out her features too much…where the dark hair accentuates them. hate to admit i thought it was real @ first!!!
