Nadya Suleman (Octo Mom) Gets Her Own Reality Show

It’s official. Reality television can’t get enough of women with multiple children. I suppose all the drama that Jon and Kate Gosselin from ‘Jon and Kate Plus 8‘ helped Nadya Suleman also known as Octo Mom land her very ownreality show because US Weekly has confirmed that the deal has been sealed.
After weeks of meetings and negotiations, Suleman’s attorney Jeff Czech confirmed exclusively to Usmagazine.com that Suleman signed a deal Thursday night to star in her own reality series.
"[Nadya and the producers] are hoping to have an arrangement whereby several events in the children’s lives would be filmed in a documentary series," Czech told Us.
“One of the events in the children’s lives might be their first birthday.”
I haven’t written about Nadya Suleman despite the Internet craze because she wasn’t a celebrity and I refused to jump on that wagon… but now she is a reality television star which makes her fair game.
I don’t know what I think about this. Is Nadya someone you would want me to follow?
Octo Mom is already getting compared to Jon and Kate but her publicist insists their shows will not be similar.
“They might be several shows aired during a year. There are all
kinds of possibilities. It really depends on what the networks want,"
her lawyer said.Czech declined to comment on how much Nadya would be getting paid for the deal, citing confidentiality.
“Her television program will not be like the Jon and Kate Plus 8 show,” said Czech. "[Nadya] is looking forward to providing her side of the story."

I will never watch any show that she does. I think she had those children to get on to tv no matter what she says. Anyone who watches is just giving her money and giving her just what she wants, if we all ignore her she will go away. If people feel bad and want to help the children send her a gift card to a baby store where she cant use it on her self or put it in a trust for them so she can’t get to it.
we have to ignore this crap…don’t buy the magazines and at least i don’t think she’s getting any money from the blog sites. disgusting.
The only thing I really want to know about her TV show is which companies support it, so I can stop spending money on them. if you want to cover that, I’m sure many people would be grateful.
I didn’t watch Jon and Kate because I felt like it was forcing the children to be exposed to the world which is just gross and I wouldn’t watch Octomom either because I feel like those kids don’t have a chance as it is, let alone add a camera crew to the mix! I guess if they all have diaper bags and will jump in when necessary, maybe the kids will be better cared for!
Not only will I be boycotting this show I also have sent emails to eyeworks and 3 ball productions to tell them I will be doing so and producing this show is a big mistake. I have had everyone I know do the same and I encourage all of you to do the same maybe if enough of us email them it wont happen. I have also been going to as many blog sites as i can find to tell people who is producing the show and to email them. Please everyone send emails if there is no show and we all ignore her and stop putting her on tv she will go away. And for those of you who want to help the children send gift cards that nadya cant use on her self or get cd’s in the kids names so she can’t get her hands on that money either, she shouldn’t be able to capitalize on her ploy to have numerous children and exploit them on television just so she doesn’t have to get a real job.
Nope, won’t watch. And knowing the sponsors will help me curb my spending since I’ll avoid those porducts, which is a good thing. I agree with commentors asking for “no more covering her”!
As a woman with “unexplained infertility” and with IVF being my only option left, aside from a miracle, at even a chance of having a biological child, this woman and her doctor anger me. People like them are the bad apples that are going to ruin a good thing for the whole bunch. If things like this continue to happen, there will be such strict regulations on IVF that it will make an already extremely difficult process even more difficult for those who really need it to fulfill their dreams of having a family. Needless to say I will not be supporting this woman by watching her show.

I skip all the Hills coverage as well. I find most reality tv to be useless, fake, and boring.
I’d prefer not hearing about her at all.
Please don’t cover her. Thats just disgusting and encourages that type of behavior that takes advantage of children… when there are many women that can’t conceive naturally.

I agree – please DO NOT cover her!! This woman (& now all her children as well) needs HELP, not fame! The situation is sad and should not receive ANY more attention. IMO, a reality show will only feed her need for attention, NOT help in ANY way!!!

Ugh even though Im a reality tv show junkie, I refuse to watch her show. In fact, how many ways can I say no?
She freaks me out. I associate her with “Alien” movie..or with crazy scientist’s experiment. I can’t change my thoughts, right?
Still… I would watch her show once it’s on TV, but we all know someone will write a good scenario for her. So…It will be interesting at first! Time will show!

Honestly, she seems more interesting than the Jon and kate clan. But all reality TV is trash and I don’t get the appeal.
Many people will tune in to watch, is morbid curiosity. People will want to see how she handles all those kids. She will be more popular than John and Kate, only because she is a single mother and obsession for Angelina Jolie.

I guess I have morbid curiosity because I love hearing about her. Can’t stand her, but I’m fascinated by her shananigans.
I feel really bad for her children when they get older cuz they will relize there mom doesnt love them shes just using them for the money i mean u seen how she was living before she had those other babies her life was boring and she had a really terrible home poor kids
