This is reportedly what ABC is asking fans in focus groups, according to Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello. Now that Betty Suarez (played by America Ferrera and the title character) has been promoted at Mode magazine, does she need a makeover to be less, well, ugly?

In particular, execs are showing test audiences two scenes from early
in the season, both featuring a newly glamorized Betty working at her
new job as Mode‘s associate features editor. In one, she’s
rocking a Chanel-esque pastel pink suit; in the other, she’s sporting a
short-sleeved black dress with a ruffled V-neck. "She looks a lot
classier," says one guinea pig, "but she’s still far from perfect."

It seems the executives are wondering if audience members will consider Betty’s transformation appropriate in the fourth season of the show (as part of the character’s natural maturation) or if the changes are too "drastic and compromise the essence of the Everygal."

This must be one of the hardest parts about acting, especially when you’re young! Yet Sebastian Stan, who is dating ‘Gossip Girl’ co-star Leighton Meester in real life, seems very level-headed about it- besides some on-set teasing of Ed Westwick (whose ‘Gossip Girl’ character is romantically involved with Leighton’s character on the show).

Though Stan gives his costar Ed Westwick the evil
eye when his character Chuck Bass gets to make out with Meester’s Blair
Waldorf, it’s all in jest – and he says everyone on set is professional
when it comes to romantic scenes.

"It’s work and everyone shares the same mentality when it comes to
that. But we all laugh about it," he says. “The good part is I get to
go home with her."

I’m sure part of what helps Sebastian is that he’s crazy about Leighton!

"I’m a really lucky guy," Stan, 25, told reporters at the premiere of Taking Woodstock
in New York City on Thursday. "She’s the most interesting,
sophisticated, talented and an extremely funny person that I know.
She’s really hilarious."

‘Funny People’ star Leslie Mann (she also co-starred in ‘Knocked Up’) was spotted outside of the studio where ‘It’s On with Alexa Chung’ films. I LOVE this comedian! So happy she is doing more and more.

What do you think of her outfit? Are you a fan of sequined tops? I think it looks very understated with the black pants. Personally, I’m a fan.

Tyra Banks was looking gorgeous as she worked the cameras for a photo shoot to promote the upcoming season of ‘The Tyra Banks Show‘ in Soho, NYC. The images will be used in an ad campaign for the show this Fall.

It’ll be interesting to see how they turn out. I’m curious to see what they’ll put in the framed green screen.
