I did a MAJOR food run this evening and as I was running up and down the aisles I started to think about if everyone else had this hand-held machine to help with their check out?

Stop and Shop allows you to basically check yourself out as you go and then just swipe a card at a register. No more waiting for your goods to be bagged.

I still can’t get over how the company TRUSTS its customers. I mean, it’s VERY EASY TO STEAL with this new system. Not that I have… I’m just saying.

Earlier this week, Michael Lohan had shared his worry about what was becoming of his daughter’s life and claims she’s hooked on drugs. According to Michael, the family is now preparing to do an intervention on Lindsay very soon. They are hoping to help her kick her alleged prescription drug habit.

“I had a conversation with her, her mother and everyone…over the next couple of weeks I’m going to be doing things in a pretty public way,” Michael told RadarOnline.com. “But Dina has got to get on the same page with me. It’s a serious situation. You can’t just talk about it and tell me that you want to do an intervention and then do nothing.”

I just hope that public “way” is the best route to getting her help, if it’s true that she’s battling an addiction. If the rumor is true, I hope she is able to get the help she needs. She’s a talented young woman and I’m sure we’d all love to see her back up on the big screen – healthy and happy and enjoying her craft!

Audrina Patridge and her boyfriend, Corey Bohan, (a BMX racer from Australia) have reportedly split up again. The two were an item for a short bit back in 2008 and rekindled their relationship about 2 months ago.

Her rep confirmed it pretty simply:

“Yes, she is single,” .

Audrina took a minute last night to talk about her new reality show and her current show. She shared this about about castmate Kristin Cavallari:

“For the show, we’ll probably have to sometimes be friends or whatever, but outside of that, who I really hang out with are not those type of people like Kristin,” Audrina said.

“The whole tone of the new show is going to be entirely different,” she said. “It’s just like me and my family and my life and Hollywood-my normal life.”

According to Popeater, Christie Brinkley and her ex-husband, Peter Cook, are STILL not on very good terms. In fact, the two were trying to have each other arrested at a recent court hearing!

Popeater reports:

Peter was accusing Christie of trying to ruin his relationship with his children and that he’s trying to move on and wishes she’d do the same.

Also, he’s claims that:

Brinkley refused to turn over son Jack’s passport in a timely fashion, which caused him to miss a school trip to Israel that was supposed to be chaperoned by Cook.

But Christie’s lawyers disagree with his claims, stating:

Brinkley’s lawyer Peter Caronia calls Cook’s claims “without merit and totally disingenuous,” saying that Brinkley was late in handing the passport over because of the death of a friend’s mother and Cook’s refusal to pick it up himself.

Cook asked for Brinkley to be imprisoned and forced to take anger management classes, and also wants additional child visitation rights. Brinkley claims that Cook is in the wrong for talking about their case on talk shows and also letting his new girlfriend to spend time with their children. She also wants Cook jailed, and asked for reimbursement of legal fees and to be paid from the sale of the couple’s old boat.

These two have been split up since 2005 and their divorce has been final for over a year now – it’s sad that they are still battling it out.

It’s here! The official full-length trailer for Heath Ledger’s last film – The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. I wasn’t too sure about it before but after watching, I’m definitely going to see this one. I really think it was fantastic of Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell to step in and help director Terry Gilliam to get this movie completed! It will have a limited release on December 25th.

What do you think? I’m guessing this will do very well at the box office. It feels bittersweet.
