Does Hugh Jackman have a single flaw? The man can dance, sing, act, host awards shows. He’s an amazing father and husband – the list just goes on! Hugh and his wife, Deborah-Lee Furness, were attending the Worldwide Orphans Foundation Gala and Hugh gushed about his wife and children.

He and his wife have 2 children, Oscar (9) and Ava (4). He shares the best parenting advice they’ve received:

“Make sure you have a date night just the two of you together, without the kids,” “And don’t be afraid to tell your kids that you have no idea what you’re doing either.”

I don’t know too many parents who will admit they have no idea what they are doing. LOL! At least he’s honest with them, right?

He says the family is very excited to celebrate Halloween.

“I’m going to be trick-or-treating, but I’ll actually be onstage performing [in A Steady Rain] on Saturday night,” he says. “I’ll help them get dressed. My daughter this morning decided she wanted to be a muffin. I said, ‘what flavor?’ and she said ‘chocolate chip.’”

How cute is that? I wonder if they’ll make the costume up themselves? They seem like those kind of parents.

Hugh attended the benefit to honor his wife, who is the founder of a child advocacy organization called Orphan Angels. You can tell how proud he is of her:

“One of the highlights is honoring this beautiful, amazing woman who happens to be my wife, and she does amazing work and has done for many years all over the world,” Hugh says. “It’s my great responsibility to honor her.”

Swoon! I love how we always see pictures of him with his family. He seems to be very hands-on and involved in every way. Deborah-Lee is a lucky woman!
