Nicole Richie Says Her Priorities Changed After Having Children

Nicole Richie’s priorities changed after having children.
The 28-year-old socialite admits everything in her life changed after she had two-year-old daughter Harlow and son Sparrow, five months with fiance Joel Madden.
“When you have the kids, everything changes doesn’t it? It sounds cheesy to say, but it does. Your whole life changes and your priorities change 100 per cent… in the best way possible.”
Nicole has also admitted she and Joel are planning to have more children – but are unsure on what they could name their third baby. Speaking about Harlow and Sparrow, she said:
“I didn’t even realize that both of their names ended with ‘ow. I love the name Willow, and now that’s out because I’m not gonna have all kids with ‘ows!’”
“Joel and I have very different tastes in names. We really just have to work with whatever it is we both agree on, so I really liked Sparrow from Captain Jack Sparrow, and he liked it for different reasons.”
Yesterday Nicole’s father, Lionel Richie, admitted he was excited about walking his daughter down the aisle.
“My happiness for Nicole and Joel knows no boundaries. They have given me two beautiful grandchildren, Harlow and Sparrow, and have proven to be great parents.
“I am not sure who is luckier, Nicole and Joel to have each other, or me, to have both of them in my life. I cannot wait to give away the bride!”

Couldn’t even read the post, was horrified by the denium shorts and black tights….. ekkkkkk.
I remember when she was engaged to DJ Am she was doing press for the Simple Life and when someone asked about her wedding plans it sounded more like she was planning a three ring circus. I hope her tastes have changed in that area as well.

I love her! I wasn’t a big fan of years until a few years ago. She really has grown up in the last few years. She put The Simple Life and the partying behind her and now she is such an amazing person and mother. I am so happy for her and Joel their adorable kiddos! And her ring is freakin’ gorgeous!

I have to admit I wasn’t a fan of Nicole’s for a really long time. Then she had Harlow and really turned her life around. I’m really happy for her and she looks great and appears to be really happy with her life. I think she had a really hard time finding herself and was stuck in a self-destructive phase for a long time. Then she found Joel and had Harlow and they he helped her find her true self.
