Channing Tatum showed appreciation for his fans today. After a day of shooting with Katie Holmes on the set of “Son of No One”, he greeted the sea of waiting admirers with photos and autographs.

Look at the sea of girls waiting outside of that trailer. Kudos to him for not getting bent out of shape about it. I’m sure actors are exhausted after working all day, so I think it’s great that he stayed to make these girls’ day!

Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy have decided to part ways. The pair have been together since 2006. Jim’s rep released this statement:

“Jim and Jenny have recently decided to end their five year relationship. They are grateful for the many blessings they have shared and wish each other the very best,” Carrey’s rep Marleah Leslie confirms to ET.

Jenny wrote on her Twitter:

“I’m so grateful for the years Jim and I had together. I will stay committed to Jane and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart,”

Jim also posted the news on his Twitter account:

Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship. I’m grateful 4 the many blessings we’ve shared and I wish her the very best! S’okay! ?;^>

I am TOTALLY shocked by this! These two seemed absolutely PERFECT together and in it for the long haul!

Kirstie Alley is featured in this month’s Ladies Home Journal and the actress didn’t hold anything back in her interview. As always, she was very open and humble about her life, her struggle with her weight and what Scientology means to her.

She shares that filming her new show, “Kirstie Alley’s Big Life”, has been an eye-opening experience.

“The most interesting part of life is the journey…Over the years I’ve lost weight, then I’ve gained it back. But no one has seen what happened in between. This show follows that journey.” “I had no idea how kooky I looked until I saw the footage. Then I thought, Oh my God! I’m the crazy lemur lady.”

LOL!

On a more serious note, she explains the impact that the negative press regarding her battle with weight has had on her life:

“My self esteem was basically zero, it was so hard to get the eating under control. It made me completely self-conscious. I stopped going out, especially to restaurants. I stopped seeing my friends. I succumbed to the meanness and attacks and lost my way in the process. I’m telling you it was hell.”

She felt like she let people down when she lost all that weight and then gained it back:

“It was insane! I’m disgusted with myself! I let myself down and, worse than that, I let other people down. People were looking up to me for losing all that weight and then I went and got all chub on them. And I set a bad example for my children. I’m finally ready to pay everybody back.”

She shares what being a Scientologist means to her:

“Scientology helps you lose your insanities. One of the keys is to say, ‘You’re in charge of your life, buster. You’re responsible for any condition you’re in.’ If I look at it that way it helps. I’ve been irresponsible many, many, many times and that has resulted in me being fat.”

Kirstie discovered Twitter and is obsessed:

“When you’re famous you can’t really talk to normal people. It’s all about having your picture taken or people wanting something from you. On Twitter I can say, ‘What’s your life like? What are your challenges? It has opened up a whole new reality to me, I haven’t had since I’ve been recognized as an actor.”

I just can’t imagine being under that kind of scrutiny on a daily basis! Have you been watching the show? I think she’s brave for being so honest and talking publicly about her struggle. I would just hide out!

Jennifer Love Hewitt is always very honest about her love life. She was on Ryan Seacrest’s show this morning to talk about her book “The Day I Shot Cupid” and shared some of her bad luck with men. She said that she’s been cheated on a LOT.

“It’s brutal,” she told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show Tuesday. “Once I found out on television and that was awesome. And then another time I found them together … and that was, woooo!”

And it turns out that she knew the girl!

“That was not good,”

Another break-up occurred after she had a gut feeling, which led to finding “some phone stuff”. Poor girl!

She says that Jamie Kennedy taught her a lot about relationships:

We are sort of opposites — I am sort of this gushy hopeless romantic and he is sort of this realist,” she says. “So, he really taught me how to look at the reality of things like love whereas I had my head in the clouds before. He very much taught me some things and he taught me a lot about men and what they think.”

Jennifer shared that she’s rethinking dating famous men:

“I don’t seek them out,” she says. “I am starting to think maybe that’s not the way to go.”

I feel bad for her! Maybe Jamie can help her find a good guy, since the two seem like they’ll remain close friends. At least she was able to keep her optimism about love even though she’s been burned a few times.

Catherine Zeta-Jones was spotted heading to a business meeting at Cipriani restaurant in NYC this afternoon.

Wow, this must be an important meeting – she’s dressed to the nines. She looks terrific, doesn’t she? There’s something about her features that I could see her playing a young mom to Nina Dobrev (The Vampire Diaries), there’s something similar about the two.
