A casually dressed, Sarah Jessica Parker, left her NYC apartment this morning, book in hand. I can’t quite make out the title of the book, but there are some good pics of the book’s author in the thumbnails. Anyone have any guesses as to what she may be reading?

As we gear up for the release of SATC2, the actress discusses the early days of the show in the new book, ‘Sex and the City 2: The Stories. The Fashion. The Adventure.’ She said,

We couldn’t get anybody to loan us a sock for 24 hours back then,”

This forced legendary stylist, Pat Field, to introduce a lot of used vintage pieces into Carrie’s wardrobe. The actress added,

She was so industrious and smart and creative. She would see the way New York really was at the time but use vintage as a big part of Carries’ wardrobe…Part of it was just a necessity, but it was also a design choice.”

Well, I’m sure there is no shortage of designers who are willing to lend clothes now! Are you looking forward to seeing the fashion in the new film?
