Jennifer Love Hewitt might not be out of a job just yet. It was announced yesterday that CBS was cutting her show, ‘Ghost Whisperer’, but ABC is reportedly in negotiations to scoop it up. They were also trying to acquire The New Adventures of Old Christine, but those talks fell through.

Would you be happy to see ‘Ghost Whisperer‘ rescued from the chopping block? I’m sure Jennifer will be happy to have it continue on; she’s worked so hard on that show for so many years already. Then again, maybe she’d like a break?

Jennifer was spotted out this afternoon in Toluca Lake at mexican restaurant El Torito. From all the paperwork she’s carrying, I’m guessing it was a “working” lunch.

Taylor Swift was spotted enjoying a little bit of downtime from her ‘Fearless’ 2010 tour today. The country cutie spent the day in Beverly Hills getting some retail therapy.

What do you think about Taylor’s outfit? I’m usually a big fan, but I’m just not 100% on the headband. What do you think? Does it work for her? Would you wear one? I wish the photo agency had a full-length shot. It looks like she has on purple skirt, but we can’t see it too good. What do you think of the skinny belt?

Jessica Alba was all smiles this morning as she and Honor Marie headed to “Tavern” in Brentwood for a little breakfast.

Can I just say how flippin’ cute Honor’s little scarf is? Her whole outfit is adorable, but I love the way she’s wearing her scarf just like mommy.

Jessica’s film “The Killer Inside Me” (with Kate Hudson) is due out next month, but it looks like it will only be a limited release for now.

Kate Hudson was spotted on the set of “Something Borrowed” in the Hamptons this afternoon. Kate was working on a kissing scene with Colin Egglesfield while Ginnifer Goodwin looked on.

‘The Office’ star John Krasinski was snapped playing catch on the beach with his dog in between takes.

Comedian Russell Brand was a good sport this afternoon as he arrived to tape an appearance on the “Late Show with David Letterman”. He stopped to pose and joke around with workers who were pumping sewage outside of the theater.

Russell is appearing on the show tonight to promote his movie “Get Him to the Greek”, which opens June 4th. Are you a fan of Jonah Hill or Russell? Have you seen the trailer for the movie yet? I’ll put it under the cut.

This morning we told you about the rumors circulating that Dominic Cooper was getting cozy with Lindsay Lohan at the Cannes Film Festival. It seems there could be a shred of truth to it: People is reporting that Dominic Cooper and Amanda Seyfried have split up. A source said:

“Amanda and Dominic have been on and off for a while – and right now they’re taking a break,” a source says. “But they’re great friends and could still get back together.”

No rep confirmation as of yet. Do you think their “break” started before or after the story about Lindsay surfaced? Even if the split was friendly, I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to hear something like this SO soon after.
