Arrest warrant? What arrest warrant? Lindsay Lohan isn’t letting that slow her down; she was spotted attending a couple of different parties on yachts in Cannes. She’s due in court in Los Angeles next week.

Dina Lohan admitted in an interview to Radar Online that Lindsay was told to stay in Cannes, despite having a new passport.

“We did that for court purposes and the warrant purposes” Dina admitted during an exclusive live webcast on RadarOnline.com late Friday afternoon PDT. “To clear all that up before she hits American soil, which we have done, so she is now able to come.

“There was no music to face. We were dealing with issues to get her back safely — without an arrest and vacate the warrant. And that takes time, that doesn’t happen overnight. There are a lot of phone calls, a lot of people involved and a lot of decisions being made. So we did what we had to do to protect her.”

Something tells me Dina should have given this interview AFTER Lindsay appeared in court; the court may not look favorably on the fact that Lindsay didn’t return from Cannes despite having a valid passport.

Do you think Lindsay is experiencing harsher treatment because she’s a celebrity or does it sound fair? I have to say, it sounds like Lindsay needs to make court appearances a priority.

Jennifer Love Hewitt clearly isn’t sitting at home fretting over the fate of her TV show ‘Ghost Whisperer’ (which was canceled by CBS but may be picked up by ABC). She was photographed heading into Katsuya restaurant.

I’m guessing they made sure we would see them by kissing for the paparazzi: you know these pictures re getting posted all around the web. (Of course, those large drinks could’ve encouraged them, too

I don’t know why I keep posting them myself. I guess the ‘Jersey Shore’ gang (like most of the reality TV personalities) are basically like trainwrecks. You know it’s probably a mess, but you can’t look away.

Rihanna clearly isn’t a girl who is all work and no play! She was spotted leaving an Irish night club last night. I’m looking at those shoes and REALLY want to see the outfit under the wrap!

Rihanna’s in the middle of the European leg of her concert tour. Do you plan to see her when she brings her show to the States? USA Today has listed her tour as one of the five summer tours to see.

Former ‘One Tree Hill’ star Chad Michael Murray was spotted hanging out with friends in Los Angeles. Apparently he was leaving a friend’s birthday party. Looks like they had a good time, doesn’t it?

Chad’s been pretty quiet since leaving ‘One Tree Hill.’ He’s rumored to be under consideration for a role in the film ‘Paradi$e,’ according to IMDb. Here’s part of the description of it:
