UPDATED: A bail bondsman has come to the rescue already. He was at the courthouse minutes ago to post Lindsay’s $200,000 bail. The judge will likely recall the bench warrant now. TMZ also says that Lindsay had to forfeit the $100,000 bail she posted just a few weeks ago!

UPDATE 2: Her attorney states that the SCRAM device did detect alcohol:

“indicated the presence of a small amount of alcohol on Sunday night.”

She added:

“Having just received the report, I am not in a position to speak to its accuracy or validity, however, Ms. Lohan maintains that she has been in complete compliance with all of the terms of her probation and her bail.”

An emergency meeting was called by a judge this morning to talk about Lindsay Lohan’s SCRAM alcohol monitoring device reportedly “going off”.

According to Us Weekly:

In addition to prosecutors and Lohan’s attorney, officials from the company that makes and tracks the SCRAM bracelet are scheduled to appear at Tuesday’s meeting. They will present their findings on why Lohan’s bracelet was triggered and her alcohol level on Sunday.

Before the meeting was scheduled, Lindsay sounded off on Twitter:

“My scram wasn’t set off, ” she Tweeted Tuesday, shortly before the meeting was scheduled. “Its physically impossible considering I’ve nothing for it to go off-All of these false resports are absolutely wrong…This is all because of a FALSE accusation by tabloids& paparazzi& it is f***ing digusting- I’ve been more than I’m compliance &feeling great.”

She claims that she was just tested yesterday and passed her alcohol screen:

She adds: “also, they can check probation records for alcohol as i got tested YESTERDAY.”

As I was typing this, TMZ reported that a bench warrant has been issued for Lindsay! Apparently her new bail amount will be $200,000 and she’s in trouble for FIVE violations of her probation.

Attention Gleeks! Executive producer Brad Falchuk has confirmed to E! Online that John Stamos will be joining the cast of ‘Glee’ next season.

“It’s true,” executive producer Brad Falchuk just confirmed to me exclusively: John Stamos will definitely be coming on for Glee’s second season! “Not sure how many episodes yet,” he says.

John’s role is a bit of a spoiler about tonight’s finale – so I’ll put it after the jump.

Are you excited about the news? John can sing – remember how often he would perform on Full House?

Jason Statham and girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley were photographed leaving Jason’s house in Los Angeles to grab some dinner this afternoon.

The couple is probably spending a lot of time together since I’d assume that Rosie will head out to start filming ‘Transformers 3′ pretty soon? Some of it is being shot in Long Beach, California, but other parts are rumored to be shooting in Washington D.C., the last I heard. Maybe Rosie’s character won’t have to travel? I’m anxious to hear what the plot of this one is.

Jason’s next movie, The Expendables, is due out in August. Are you a fan of Jason’s action flicks?

Hilary Duff and fiancé Mike Comrie were snapped as they left a gym in West Hollywood this afternoon.

I wonder if Hilary has started any wedding planning yet? Back in April she said that she hadn’t done “one thing” yet as far as planning. I wanted to say that maybe they are in “workout” mode to get ready for the big day, but I’m guessing the two are just at the gym like any other day to stay in shape all year round – not just for one day. LOL!

Check out that car! Looks like it might be a rental (from the back plate), but it’s NICE! It’s an Aston Martin DBS and from what I find online, the base price is like $266,000! I probably couldn’t afford to RENT that! Wow!

The theatrical trailer for the upcoming movie “Takers” was released today. The movie stars Hayden Christensen, Paul Walker, Tip “T.I.” Harris, Matt Dillon, Idris Elba, Zoe Saldana, and Chris Brown. The brief description:

A group of bank robbers find their $20 million plan interrupted by a hard-boiled detective.

What did you think? Do you think the fact that Chris Brown has a role in this will hurt the movie’s box office numbers? I’m not sure just how big his part is, but he’s featured in the trailer, so I’m sure it’s not just a brief one.

The film is set for release on August 20th.

Michael Lohan has found a way to pay up his back child support – by opening up a nightclub! Lindsay’s dad is reportedly opening a club called “Controversy” at the restaurant Annona in the Hamptons.

He will reportedly offer rides home for those who have had too much to drink and also claims they will “screen for drugs”. Not sure exactly how they intend to go about that? He also hopes that his son (22) will help manage it.

Ugh. Seriously? With this family’s struggles and scandals involving alleged drug and alcohol problems? I thought he was becoming a counselor for addiction or something like that? This just boggles my mind.
