Okay, so the “amicable split” between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva took a decidedly unfriendly turn yesterday with each one obtaining restraining orders against the other. According to People, this all erupted over visitation disputes with their daughter, seven-month-old Lucia. Oksana reportedly kept Lucia from spending Father’s Day with Mel, according to a “source.”

“He was as frustrated as any father would be when they’re kept away from their child,” says a second Gibson source. “He was with all his kids and family and the one person missing was Lucia. Oksana is not putting the interest of their daughter first.”

This source also claims the alleged domestic violence incident that occurred in January was also over Lucia.

“Oksana was completely out of control that day, screaming, and shaking Lucia like a ragdoll,” says the source. “Mel stepped in to stop her from injuring the baby.”

Adds the first Gibson source: “The allegation that Oksana is in fear of Mel is ridiculous. From January to March, she traveled with Mel to London and Paris at her insistence. This is all an attempt to gain financial advantage over him.”

I wasn’t there, so I don’t know what happened, and I’m sure there’s plenty of blame to go around, but I have to say, this sounds like a whole lot of SPIN.

It’s unfortunate that things have gotten so ugly (to the point where they’re battling it out in the press) since there IS a child involved. Hopefully things will settle down.

Kate Moss and Jamie Hince weren’t the only celebrities at the Glastonbury festival yesterday: ‘Harry Potter’ star Emma Watson also attended. She looks like she had a lot of fun, doesn’t she?

I’ve never seen Emma dressed like this, but I have to say, she looks great, doesn’t she? I’m so used to seeing her dressed up for Burberry events or the red carpet, so it’s fun to see her casual style, which is a little edgier. Are you a fan?

You can’t say movie star Tom Cruise won’t do whatever’s necessary to promote his movies Here he is hanging out in a harness with Jimmy Kimmel. They were shooting a spot for ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ to promote his new film ‘Knight and Day’ (co-starring Cameron Diaz).

Unfortunately, ‘Knight and Day’ is predicted to underperform this weekend. According to Deadline Hollywood, ‘Knight and Day’ is predicted to come in at #3 in the box office- behind ‘Toy Story 3′ and Adam Sandler’s new movie, ‘Grown Ups.’

Yet there’s a curious omission from the top 10 list of movies for this weekend. WHERE is ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse‘??? I can’t IMAGINE it isn’t #1 this weekend.

Has Hollywood decided to copy the New York Times’ Bestseller List trick and just omit the film (NYT created a children’s bestseller list to get ‘Harry Potter’ off the main list because it kept outselling other novels). That’s the only explanation: I’m sure the film is in the top 10, if not #1. BOO!

The 2010 Glastonbury Festival is underway in Pilton, Somerset (United Kingdom). Model Kate Moss and musician Jamie Hince attended together. It looks like they decided to ignore the paparazzi and enjoy themselves!

There have been stories about this couple having a turbulent relationship, but it looks like they’re determined to go the distance.

Does reality TV personality Kim Kardashian ever rest? It doesn’t look like it! Yesterday she celebrated her website, KimKardashian.com, at The Tea Room in West Hollywood.

Have you checked out the website? It’s a MUST if you’re a fan. Is E! doing another season of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’? It seems like I heard they’re in negotiations. I can’t imagine Kim giving up her own show, so I imagine they’ll figure something out
