Forbes just named Oprah Winfrey as their number 1 most powerful celebrity. No surprise there, she’s been #1 on the list two previous years as well in 2007 and 2008. Angelina Jolie was #1 in 2009, but she’s moved all the way down the list to #18 in 2010.
