‘Iron Man 2′ actor Mickey Rourke kicked off the holiday weekend by doing some shopping in the West Village with his girlfriend, Anastassija Makarenko.

He is currently filming ‘Immortals’ with Kellan Lutz and Henry Cavill in Montreal.

Mickey was asked by photographers what he thought about Mel Gibson’s situation and he shared this:

“I wouldn’t believe everything you hear … you know … I think he’s a good dude, you know. And ah, screw the bi**h!”

Angelina Jolie gave a candid interview with Vanity Fair magazine, sharing a little bit about her kids’ school schedules and also some great advice that was given to her.

Angelina said she was given some great advice on parenting in the teen years:

“‘You’ll know their teenagers when they close the door.’ And when they start closing the door, don’t talk to them, listen. Because there’s nothing you could say.” “You have to raise them right before that. Then you need to listen for a good five years, just keep your mouth closed.”

The actress also shared a bit about her kids’ schooling and how they are taught when they are traveling the world:

“We have two teachers who travel with us, and we found a wonderful local man who teached the history of Venice and some Italian,” she explains. “They go to school every day 10 to 4 at home. They’re on the Lycee curriculum. We keep them in that system when we’re back in L.A, and in New York they sometimes go to a Lycee school.”

I’m sure Brad and Angelina are going to have their hands full when these kids are all hitting their teen years so close together! Yikes!

Oksana Grigorieva spent her Friday morning with her lawyers. She was photographed entering the office building of her lawyer in Los Angeles.

TMZ says that she was there for a deposition in her custody battle with Mel Gibson. I wonder if she brought anymore taped conversations with her? I hope this is one break up that quietly fades away before it gets any worse than it already has.

Paris Hilton was arrested and released after allegedly being caught smoking pot at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. She was escorted from the stadium and taken to the Mount Road Police Station in St. Croix. A detective confirmed she had been arrested and released but would give no further details.

According to Radar Online, Paris is one lucky woman – she has been off of probation for only five months.

Hilton’s Los Angeles-based lawyer tells RadarOnline.com the 29-year-old has served her probation period, after her 2007 conviction for alcohol-related reckless driving. A judge placed Hilton on 36 months probation for her 2006 DUI, when her blood-alcohol level was found to be .08, the threshold in California for being a drunk driver. The probation ended in January, we’re told.

So I guess we can assume that clothing and accessories weren’t the only things she was stowing away in all of those suitcases? I kid. I kid. I just can’t believe she was allegedly smoking it INSIDE the stadium. I guess we’ll have to wait for word from her reps to hear what really went down.

Dean McDermott spoke out about his accident that landed him in the ICU with a punctured and collapsed lung. He tweeted:

“Thanks for all the well wishes. I think I will be out of the ICU tomorrow. It’s a slow recovery, but I am well on my way,”

“Tuesday I went out for a dirt bike ride with my friends, I ended smashing my chest into my bars as I went over the front of the bike.”

Tori has proof – in writing – that Dean says he won’t ride dirt bikes anymore:

“It was a freak accident. We still can’t figure out what happened. None the less, I have a collapsed lung and bad bruising on my right side,” he continued in another Tweet. “Oh, and 3 stitches in my right butt cheek where a stone got imbedded. Let’s just say, I won’t be dirt biking anymore.”

Tori also tweeted her thanks to everyone for showing their concern:

“R family thanks all of U so much 4 your well wishes&prayers 4 @deanracer !Means so much 2 us!Will keep u updated on Dean’s condition… Kids and I are about to go see @deanracer He’s been moved from ICU to a regular room! Yay! I’ll tell him everyone sends their love!”

I’m glad to hear he’s recovering well and I’m sure his kids will be happy to have him home soon.

Am I the only one shocked that you can have your cell phone to Twitter from the ICU??? I mean, other parts of a hospital yes..but the ICU?

Kate Gosselin was a guest-host on ‘The View’ this morning. The reality mom took the opportunity to address a long line of rumors that have been floating around.

She says of the Botox claims:

“Botox, absolutely not,” she said on Friday when asked what worked she’s had done. “Boobs, no. Tummy tuck, yes. We all know that… I have to say for the record nothing on me is airbrushed.”

She also brushes off the rumor about looking for love on television:

“I’m not the next ‘Bachelorette.’”

Her rep also shot down the rumor about the possible holiday album.

“Absolutely not,” the rep told Access. “She does love the movie ‘The Sound of Music,’ but I guess the fact that she likes a movie is enough for people to make up absurd rumors like this one. What’s next week’s rumor – that she wants to be a Bond girl because she likes James Bond movies?”

It’s great that she has a public forum to address the crazy things that are printed about her.

Kate was photographed out for her morning run yesterday. She is in amazing shape.
