This is insane. Talk about getting every last DETAIL. I am GUESSING the waiter who tended to Jennifer Aniston and actor Christopher Gartin during their date at the Sunset Tower Hotel and Restaurant in LA had an agenda. Sell that story to the highest bidder – and the highest bidder was OK! Magazine.

Here’s the break down:

• Chris picked Jen up in his black Audi around 7 p.m.
• They then “spent two hours at a remote table outside overlooking the pool” while sipping Verve Cliquos Rose.
• Jen and Chris both ordered a salad but then split a Tower burger.

Now onto the conversation – it was all about pools.

“She was bubbly in demeanor, seeming to be rather enthusiastic about something,” the source adds. “They were talking about swimming pools and the pros and cons of chlorination or the new salt-water saline pools.”

Can you stand it!? Riveting stuff I know. We can’t expect anything too juicy from these two. Jen’s not the type to want to attract too much attention to herself.

Hilary Duff was photographed leaving her pilates class in Toluca Lake earlier today. Now we know how she stays so trim and slim. I’m guessing the session is a private one. Has anyone taken a class like this?

Hilary and fiance Mike Comrie just returned from a quick trip to NYC. The singer flew in to support her sister Haylie in her new Off-Broadway show ‘Love, Loss, and What I Wore’. Wonder if Hilary is going to get bit by the Broadway bug?!

Oh my goodness! I can’t believe they made this public. Here are two videos of Lindsay Lohan in court making her plea and crying when her sentence was determined.

Do you feel bad for Lindsay? Do you think that will serve the full 90 days? Does she deserve it? Do you think this will change anything?

Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to serve NINETY days in jail and upon her release, she must then do NINETY days in an in-patient rehab facility! She must cooperate with probation in getting testing for drugs and alcohol. They wanted her to surrender today, but her lawyer asked for 2 weeks and the judge agreed – she has to surrender on July 20th. Lindsay is sobbing uncontrollably. SCRAM bracelet has to stay on during that time.

Lindsay’s hearing today wasn’t a simple affair – WHEW it was LONG! The judge was trying to determine if she was in violation of her probation. Lindsay missed several of her court-ordered sessions with the Right On program and the judge isn’t happy because she (the judge) wasn’t notified soon enough, the program had considered her “in compliance” from December-February, but she really wasn’t. It’s a bit messy.

Lindsay spoke at the end of the hearing (before the sentence was given) and said she believed she was in compliance. She broke down in tears saying that she takes this seriously and she believed that she was excused by doing 2 classes in one week to make up for being away for work the following week. The judge didn’t buy a word of it.

Lindsay’s day started off as badly as it is ending.

When Lindsay arrived at the courthouse this morning, she was served legal papers in the elevator. We told you about a week ago that a boutique, Tough As Nails, was planning to sue her for racking up $17,000 in charges.

“The process server says Lindsay ‘freaked out’, told people around her to get the guy out of the elevator and away from her. The process server says he attempted to hand Lindsay the papers but she would not take them so he dropped them on the elevator floor, by her feet.”

Matthew McConaughey and Camilla Alves left a Studio City gym together this afternoon. Despite the photographers, they seem to be in a great mood.

We haven’t seen Matthew in a new movie since last year’s “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past”, but according to IMDB, he has quite a few lined up.

Does it sound good? I like Matthew in his comedy roles, but he’s great in dramas, too. He’s really a versatile actor, isn’t he?

Beyonce took some time for her fans this afternoon as she left Browns store in London. She signed a few autographs and posed for pictures.

Beyonce is in the UK with Jay-Z, who performed at the Wireless Festival on Sunday night. Did any London readers attend the festival?
