LeAnn Rimes has finally had enough of Twitter. The singer posted a series of Tweets last night to announce that she is taking a “break” from Twitter for a while. The decision comes on the heels of photos showing LeAnn kissing her boyfriend, Eddie Cibrian, while wearing a “skimpy” bikini and his young son sitting right next to him. Many fans (and non-fans) were upset over the shots.

“Taking a break from twitter for a while,” Rimes, 27, Tweeted on Wednesday. “It’s unhealthy for me and my family to have to read negative comments from people who’s [sic] opinions have no bearing on my life.”

, “I love my fans so very much and will return one day soon. God bless to you all! I hope you understand. It’s time for me to focus on healing, my happiness and my music. I can’t wait to share it all with my fans soon!”

Lady Gaga was photographed arriving at the Tracy Anderson Gym in the Tribeca area this afternoon. Tracy is the trainer that Gwyneth Paltrow works with and Madonna used to be her client as well.

The singer was wearing a studded bodysuit with high heels and thigh-high fishnets. I don’t know about you, but this is exactly what I wear to the gym every single day. Don’t you?

Can you imagine the shock of seeing Lady Gaga in athletic shoes and workout gear? I bet she pays big bucks to workout in a private room?

Lindsay Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, released a statement this morning saying that while she thinks the ruling is unfair, Lindsay is prepared to face the sentence and take care of business. But after the statements were made, she may have resigned.

Ms. Lohan and I are extremely disappointed in the sentence handed down by Judge Revel. We believe that the penalty is far harsher than what others would have received under similar circumstances,”

“The reality is that Ms. Lohan, like most defendants, had to balance work commitments with court requirements,” the statement continues. “To be punished so severely for doing so, particularly in light of the fact that she substantially complied with each of her probationary conditions, is harsh and unfair.”

“Ms. Lohan is prepared to serve her jail time and to comply with the Court’s orders.

These statements must have been made before TMZ placed a call to the attorney’s office this morning. According the site, Holley told them she resigned and Lindsay has retained a new attorney, Tiffany Feder-Cohen, who just passed the bar in November.

There is something brewing. I have a feeling the drama has only started to unfold.

UPDATE: Lindsay is rumored to be considering an appeal of the decision. THIS might be why her lawyer quit. Someone who was at Lindsay’s last night claims that she said “I’m NOT going to jail”. According to TMZ, the chances of winning an appeal for a matter such as this is VERY slim.

It looks like Hilary Duff is taking it easy these days. She was spotted leaving the gym. Her workout clothes may be simple but with that rock she’s wearing, she doesn’t need any more sparkle Maybe wedding preparations are keeping her busy.

According to IMDb, she has two projects in pre-production: ‘The Gift Horse’ and ‘The Story of Bonnie and Clyde Parker,’ so it looks like Hilary will be busy working soon enough.
