The Dream (aka Terius Nash) has let it be known that he filed for divorce nine days before his wife, Christina Milian, gave birth. Now she’s fighting back, according to TMZ.

In her legal response, filed last week in Georgia, Milian claims the marriage wasn’t really kaput when he filed the divorce docs — and subsequently had “marital relations on numerous occasions.”

But Milian also claims that if the court does grant the divorce — it shouldn’t be based on The-Dream’s claim that the marriage is “irretrievably broken” — but rather because the The-Dream was cheating on her.

Unfortunately, Christina admits she did sign papers waiving her right to alimony or property division but argues she shouldn’t be held to that agreement because:

But Milian claims she only signed the docs because The-Dream brought them to her bedside when she was 9-months pregnant … when she was in no condition to sign such important papers.

Can you imagine lying in bed, just about to give birth, and someone brings you papers like that to sign? Do you think the papers should be considered valid?

I like Mark Ruffalo and all, but I have to admit, I didn’t see THIS coming! Mark has been cast as the new ‘Incredible Hulk,’ replacing Edward Norton after he was very publicly fired, according to Deadline Hollywood.

Of course, imagine the Hollywood actor whom you’d least expect to play The Incredible Hulk in The Avengers, and maybe, just maybe, you’d come up with the Ruffalo’s name. He’s always been an actor’s actor and is getting critical raves in Focus Features’ The Kids Are All Right which opened this month.

Ruffalo, of course, replaced Edward Norton who replaced Eric Bana as Hulk. Marvel made a pittance of an offer to Edward Norton to continue in the role. But it caught the actor by surprise that the studio decided to replace him altogether with no advance warning.

Like Norton, Ruffalo would bring real chops to the role. But, unlike Norton, he won’t be an on-set a**hole.

Ouch (for Edward, at least). What do you think of Mark as the new Hulk?

I’m guessing Amanda Bynes’ earlier announcement that she was retiring from acting was probably the result of having a bad day (or bad period, which happens to all of us). Well, the actress came out of her “retirement” with this simple, straightforward tweet:

And then Amanda wasted no time getting back into the swing of things, following up that tweet with another tweet:

I always think of Casey Affleck as the quiet Affleck (compared to his big brother, Ben, although Ben has calmed down A LOT since settling down with Jennifer Garner), but now he’s in the spotlight (and not because of his documentary on his brother-in-law, Joaquin Phoenix, “quitting” acting to become a rapper). Casey is being sued for $2 million for sexual harassment. And Casey is suing right back.

Amanda White alleges in a lawsuit being filed this afternoon in Los Angeles Superior Court that she was forced to endure debauched behavior during production of “I’m Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix,” including “uninvited and unwelcome sexual advances in the workplace” and an impromptu shoot in a Las Vegas hotel room filled with hookers and transvestites…

“On one occasion, Affleck instructed a crew member to take off his pants in order to show [White] his penis, even after [White] objected,” the complaint alleges. “Affleck repeatedly referred to women as ‘cows;’ he discussed his sexual exploits and those of other celebrities that he allegedly witnessed; and asked [White], after learning her age, ‘Isn’t it about time you get pregnant?’”

The complaint also says White was prevented from going to her bedroom during shooting in Costa Rica because “Affleck and Phoenix locked themselves in her bedroom with two women,” the lawsuit says. “Affleck also attempted to manipulate [White] into staying in a hotel room with him, and when she resisted, he grabbed her in a hostile manner in an effort to intimidate her into complying.”

Something that makes this that much more awkward? Casey is married to River’s sister, Summer, and they have two children together. Casey’s attorney is hitting back, though:

“The allegations brought upon our clients are preposterous and without merit,” Plonsker says. “Ms. White was terminated from the production over a year ago. She and her lawyers believe that this maliciously and erroneously filed complaint will cause the producers to succumb to her outrageous and baseless demands. She is mistaken. The complaint will be vigorously defended and cross-claims will be filed against her.”

First David Boreanaz, now Casey. What’s going on?
