INO reported earlier today that Lindsay Lohan failed her drug test – though it wasn’t clear which drugs she tested positive for. TMZ is now reporting that it was COCAINE.

Guess what?! That means 30 days in jail!! I’m screaming because I just can’t believe she would do something like this. For some silly reason I thought the rehab was successful.

TMZ is reporting that Russell Brand got a little too rough with a paparazzo and has been ARRESTED. He is currently in custody and being booked for battery. You can see pictures here from the incident.

Chills! Here’s the first look at “The Roommate“, starring Leighton Meester, Minka Kelly, Aly Michalka, Cam Gigandet, and Matt Lanter.

This movie’s cast should attract a wide audience – you’ve got the Gossip Girl fans (Leighton), the Twilight fans (Cam), the 90210 fans (Matt), the Hellcats fans (Aly), and even the Vampire Diaries fans (Kat Graham)!

What’d you think of the trailer? Creepy, right? I wanted to say it has a bit of a “Single White Female” vibe to it, but it’s not quite the same – a bit of the same scare factor, though!

Javier Bardem and Julia Roberts are still on the promotional trail for their movie “Eat, Pray, Love“. The beaming duo are in Rome for the Italian premiere of the film this week. Julia, dad-to-be Javier, Richard Jenkins, and Ryan Murphy all hit the red carpet to support their hit film; in just 5 weeks it has made $75 million.

I sometimes forget that the actors have dozens of premieres to attend around the world for certain films. Sometimes the press tours can drag out for months, depending on when the movies release in other countries. I’m sure they can still work on other projects in between, but it must be exhausting not have that “closure” for a while, ya know?

Dean Sheremet isn’t buying what LeAnn Rimes is selling. The irritated ex is lashing out over her comments to Shape magazine about their divorce.

“Age had very little to do with why we got divorced, I was very content and satisfied. I put myself on hold to funnel all my creative energy into her career and our marriage. I was willing to make the sacrifices necessary to have a successful marriage and further her career. I knew, and know, her better than anyone in this world.”

“I was blindsided and shocked that she of all people would do this to the closest person in her life.”

Don’t feel sorry for Dean, he is in a much better place now. He gushed about his girlfriend, Sarah Silver:

“I am happy now, Sarah is amazing, and I didn’t realize what I was missing and how much of myself was being neglected. I am very fulfilled in my life and work. It’s a grounding feeling.”

I’m glad he spoke up and didn’t just go along with what she said in the magazine. She’s entitled to her feelings, but there are about four sides to this story, so good for him for speaking out – he’s held his tongue for a long time!

Oh no! TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan has failed one of her court-mandated drug tests. According to her probation rules, it should mean an automatic 30 days in jail.

A source said:

“People with addiction problems don’t get better magically, and she’s really been making an effort to make herself better.”

I really want to believe she’ll get better and steer clear of those who lead her back into the temptation of using. I know addiction is a lifelong battle, but you have to have positive people surrounding you – I hope she has that.

Addiction treatment professionals recommend that recovering addicts use an addiction recovery progress tracker to help monitor and assess how far they have come in their quest for sobriety.

Update: TMZ claims that have official confirmation, but sources close to Lindsay say she’s denying it. We’ll just have to see how it plays out.
