Current Disney triple threat Demi Lovato has checked herself into a treatment centre to treat ‘emotional and physical issues’. TMZ is reporting that the ‘Camp Rock 2’ star, who just left her international concert tour with the Jonas Brothers, is not seeking any form of drug treatment.

A statement released by the singer’s rep says;

“Demi Lovato left her tour early this weekend in order to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time.”

“Demi has decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help. She is doing just that.”

 ”[Demi] regrets not being able to finish her tour, but is looking forward to getting back to work in the near future.”

TMZ also says that Lovato got into a fight with a female member of her tour which prompted her to get treatment. Wow sounds like a lot of drama. Lovato also used to date Joe Jonas, so I wonder if that had anything to do with her issues? Either way, she’s a young, talented girl so I hope she gets all the help she needs.

Because she just simply doesn’t have enough on her plate, Kim Kardashian is now dabbling in music! The reality star has been hard at work in the studio recording her first album, according to TMZ!

Kim is reportedly working with writer/producer “The-Dream“, the man responsible for Rihanna’s “Umbrella”, and Beyonce’s “Single Ladies”. According to the source:

“Kim’s got a really good voice.”

Wow. I’m surprised by this new venture and also curious to hear how she sounds!

After a fun weekend of celebrating Halloween (in four different costumes, no less), Kim Kardashian got back to work. She and sister Kourtney Kardashian were photographed heading over to their NYC DASH store to take care of some business. I’m a little surprised that we didn’t see Khloe and Lamar out and about this weekend.

Actress Jennifer Connelly and her husband, actor Paul Bettany, were spotted out with their son Stellan in NYC. Jennifer is starring in the upcoming comedy “The Dilemma” with Vince Vaughn, Kevin James, and Wynona Ryder.

Blake Lively and Penn Badgley aren’t letting their break-up affect their working relationship. The two were seen filming scenes for ‘Gossip Girl‘ and hanging together between takes. I’m sure with as long as these two dated, they’ve formed a lasting friendship even though things didn’t work out romantically. In other Penn news, today he celebrated his 24th birthday!

People magazine is reporting that Charlie Sheen will file for divorce from Brooke Mueller on Monday. It wasn’t clear if they meant today or next Monday. I don’t think anyone will be surprised at this news.

They’ve been living apart since April and both sought treatment in rehab following their Christmas debacle in Colorado. Brooke and Charlie share 1-year-old twins Max and Bob.

I wonder if this will shift the focus away from the hotel incident of last weekend? I’m also curious to see how these proceedings play out. Hopefully they’ll be able to settle things amicably.

Reality star Kendra Wilkinson says that she’s not struggling with husband, football player Hank Baskett, being gone on the road. She says that the situation is bringing them closer together.

“It’s awesome. It’s not a bad thing. It’s actually a great thing. It’s a way to step away from everything and actually get a chance to [get to] know each other again.”

She even goes so far as to call it a:

“blessing in disguise.”

Kendra compares the situation to dating all over again:

“We’re back to that. “We’re back to communicating without the physical part.”

She also gushed about baby Hank:

“He’s the centerpiece of our lives. He’s the gravity of our family. He’s “what brings us all together. He’s already starting to share. He’s such a thoughtful little boy. He has such a huge heart.”

At the 5th International Rome Film Festival, Jesse Eisenberg chatted with reporters about preparing for his role in “The Social Network”. Even though Jesse was playing the part of Marc Zuckerberg, creator of Facebook, he admits that he doesn’t use the site:

“I never use Facebook. I used it for about 2 weeks while we were rehearsing for this movie to understand what my character had built.”

Jesse had a consultant who was trying to teach him some of the computer coding, but he says it was a lost cause:

“The more he taught me, the less I thought I understood,” he said.
“I decided to just learn the coding phonetically. And I really focused on the emotional inner life of this character who is very unique. He has difficulty gauging the emotional life of others. This to me is far more interesting to explore than coding.”

He may not be a fan of Facebook, but he does admire what Marc did:

I have a great admiration for what he did and how he was able to manipulate that social environment,”

Have you had a chance yet to see the movie? I can’t understand why the awards buzz seems to be surrounding Justin Timberlake and not Jesse. Don’t get me wrong, Justin was great, but Jesse gave an amazing performance.
