Wow, tonight is the night for engagement announcements! According to E! Online, Eddie Cibrian has asked LeAnn Rimes to marry him (for real this time)!

Their reps haven’t confirmed the news yet, but it would make sense especially since they just did that interview last night and Brandi Glanville was saying this morning that she and LeAnn would finally sit down and talk.

Nick Lachey finally popped the question to longtime girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo!!

They shared in a statement:

We’re excited and incredibly happy about our engagement and we look forward to a wonderful future together,”

According to People, Nick proposed “near a beach” in California, with an Asscher-cut diamond with baguettes from Bader & Garrin.

Nick shared on his Twitter page:

“Hey all. If anyone’s heard the rumors of my engagement, they are absolutely true! Vanessa and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks for all the love.”

Jessica Alba is looking AMAZING as ELLE’s cover girl for December. The actress, who stars in the upcoming “Little Fockers“, dishes on her movie roles, her personality, and her childhood comedic inspirations.

On owning up to her choice of roles:

“I know I haven’t been swimming in the deep end with some of the movies I’ve done. I wasn’t trying to. I knew what they were.”

On her personality:

“I’m shy. I don’t like being the center of attention. But when I do comedy, I lose all inhibition and introspection. I no longer care.”

On gaining confidence in her craft:

“I’d been so afraid of criticism ever since I was young. Every time I’d get a critique or some redirection, I’d always just take it very personally, but now I have no problem with it. It’s just a chance to try things a different way. To play more with a character. It also gives me a chance to have some input, to use my voice.”

On being selective with her roles:

“The time I’m not spending with my kid has to be worth it, so when I sat down with my agents after I was ready to go back to work, I told them: It’s all about the directors.”

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kim Richards has been pegged as the more quiet and reserved one of the bunch, and according to Star magazine, her past might play a part in that.

Back in 1991, Kim, who is also Paris Hilton’s aunt, was engaged to a securities broker named John Collett and was on the phone with him on October 28 just minutes before he was gunned down and killed on a California street in broad daylight – reportedly it was a murder-for-hire.

John’s mom tells the magazine:

“John’s murder was a devastating tragedy, and Kim was just torn apart. Poor Kim had to identify his body. It was a horrible nightmare for her. I’ve never recovered from the loss, and I don’t think Kim has either.”

According Radar Online:

Collett’s murderer is currently serving a 30-year prison sentence, while investigators believe Collett was gunned down as a result of his alleged involvement in a $150 million telemarketing fraud case.

Even after nearly two decades, I can’t imagine ever shaking a tragic loss like that.

Eddie Cibrian’s ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, sat down with the ladies from “The Talk” this morning to dish about her life after divorce, including her recent DUI arrest.

She shared that she feels ready to finally go and sit down and talk with LeAnn Rimes.

Brandi also told the ladies that she never knew her marriage was on the rocks:

“My marriage – in my head – was not in trouble,

She admits that she’s having a hard time dealing with the situation:

I’m used to having my kids all the time. Now I have them part-time. I don’t have a nanny. I don’t have help. When they’re gone, I’m alone.”

Brandi, who was arrested recently for DUI, shared that her wine habit has increased a bit:

“one to two” glasses “is now three to four.”

Despite the DUI, she says she doesn’t have a problem:

“I don’t think I have a drinking problem. I think I had a problem the other night when I made a bad choice to drive.”
