Even though Jim Carrey feels a bit young to be a grandpa, he’s head over heels for his grandson, Jackson.

”[I] love being granddaddy, granddaddy Jim. It’s very odd, it’s not something I expected at this age to be,”

He gushed:

“I just get a lot of joy, a lot of joy from that little boy… he’s just magical,” Jim continued. It’s the greatest feeling in the world and as you get older…your connection to these things gets so intense…you just go, ‘Without this, I die.’”

The actor is out promoting his film “I Love You Phillip Morris“, co-starring Ewan McGregor. He joked about his on-screen romance with Ewan:

“I always left Ewan satisfied for sure. I’m a romantic guy… I understand what turns a man on… I think I’m just an attentive human being and I’m an open heart. My feelings run deep.”

I wonder how crazy Jim will go at Christmas time, especially since it’s Jackson’s first Christmas? I’m sure it will be a blast!

Janet Jackson is making an appearance tonight on “Lopez Tonight“. She dishes with George Lopez on some personal subjects such being a supportive aunt to all of her nieces and nephews and working on the set of her new movie.

On working hard at being a vegetarian:

“Since I was a kid, my family became vegetarians and I didn’t want to be left out so I became a vegetarian as well…that’s a lot of discipline for a kid to give up candy and all that good stuff…but I bounce back and forth. There are times when I’m a vegetarian, times when I’m a pescatarian…but I don’t eat meat…I’m still tempted…there’s so much that I love…In N Out…their fries. I love pizza. My favorite is Mexican food…that was Mike’s favorite — Mexican food.”

On being the cool aunt to her many nieces and nephews:

“It’s so horrible, I lost count…twenty something…they call me the “cool” aunt. I think it’s because when they get in trouble they come to me and I kind of protect them and give them advice that probably their parents wouldn’t want to give them. But I’m honest.”

She talked about staying in character for her role in the movie “For Colored Girls”:

“The women — I so badly wanted to hang with them and they were having so much fun…to stay in character I separated myself from the group and after work I would think, God I hope they don’t think I’m a snob.”

Chris Rock was on Howard Stern this morning to promote tomorrow’s DVD release of “Grown Ups” and he shared what a generous guy Adam Sandler is. To celebrate the huge success of the film, he gave a pretty amazing thank you gift:

“I went outside the other day and I had a new Maserati in the driveway,”

Chris wasn’t the only recipient of the $200,000 ride – Adam bought one for each of his co-stars: Chris, Kevin James, Rob Schneider, and David Spade.

Chris is excited about the new toy because he never would’ve purchased something like that on his own. He joked about the strings that might be attached to such a gift:

“Now I think that I’m Adam Sandler’s bitch,”

Wow. Now that’s a heck of an appreciation gift! Psst..Adam…I would’ve done the movie for used Saturn – just sayin’!

“Girls Gone Wild” creator Joe Francis and his girlfriend, Christina McLarty, tied the knot over the weekend.

The event was a four-day long celebration at Joe’s estate in Mexico. The couple held a civil ceremony to exchange their vows. Sources tell Access Hollywood that they chose the civil ceremony:

because they refuse to get married until their gay & lesbian friends can also – this passionate cause of theirs was a significant theme of the event.

The ceremony was held oceanside with a huge fireworks display immediately after.

I had no idea that Joe even had a serious girlfriend! Congratulations to the happy couple!
