Tony Parker released an official statement regarding his divorce from Eva Longoria. Unfortunately, the NBA star didn’t feel like discussing the rumor that he cheated with Brent Barry’s wife, Erin.

“Eva and I have been discussing our situation privately. I was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles.

I did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California,” he says. “We plan to continue to keep our discussions of this matter private.”

In other words, no comment.

Nicole Richie was photographed several times this week hitting the gym. Some are saying that she’s gearing up for her new ABC comedy. Then again, she could be getting ready for her Christmas wedding to Joel Madden!

I enlarged the picture and saw that Nicole was carrying a Pressed Juicery drink. Never heard of it before!! The company offers cleanses – wonder if Nicole Richie is doing a cleanse as part of her “getting healthy” kick.

MTV’s Josh Horowitz challenges the cast of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows to show off their best American accents. Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, and Tom Felton all gave it their best try.

He even tries to trick them into saying something negative about Twilight. I love that these actors never take themselves too seriously – they’re always up for a little fun.

Speaking of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – are any of you going to the midnight show tonight???!!! Let me just say right now that I’m ENVIOUS if you are! I cannot WAIT to go this weekend!!

Heidi Klum is featured on the cover of Self magazine’s December issue, where she talks about everything from her cooking skills, parenting, and even her relationship advice, which we shared with you this morning.

On whether or not she gets overwhelmed:

“Definitely! When I’m at the dinner table and everybody asks me a question at the same time. Or when the baby cries and cries and you’re, like, ‘What is wrong? You’re not hungry. I changed you—what is it?’ The sound level goes really high, and it’s like, whoa! I take a deep breath and say, ‘This is my world.’ It’s a roller coaster. Sometimes you’re on top and everything is fabulous, and sometimes it’s crazy. But it’s what I wanted, and in the end, I love it.”

On how she keeps everything straight – from —Project Runway, designing a fashion line and everything else—without losing her mind?

“I’m a big believer in to-do lists. I make them before bed. I think of five things in the shower, and when I come out, I write them down or I can’t sleep. I have daily lists and big-picture lists. I set goals and get my work done, but I have to plan for fun things, too. I’m always thinking about what will make my family happier. So I set up play dates and trips to the park or museum. I’m planning for a safari we can all go on together. What can I do with my husband? Can we steal away to Vegas for the weekend? Is there a play we want to go see? You shouldn’t wait for other people to make special things happen. You have to create your own memories.”

She shares her favorite fennel salad recipe:

“I slice a head of fennel into small choppies with an onion, garlic that I put through the press, and a really great balsamic vinegar glaze—we like Gia Russa. Then I toss it all with olive oil and salt and pepper. I like it with a few cloves of garlic, but everyone else gets upset if I use more than two!

We’ve seen photos of Brad Pitt on the set of the movie that Angelina Jolie is directing, working as the set photographer, but now she has cast him in the film as well.

A source says that Brad won’t be raking in the big bucks and probably won’t even have any lines. It seems he was recruited as an extra!

He was spotted on the set in full costume and lining up with the rest of the extras today – bright and early at 6 a.m.

What a great sport! You KNOW everyone is going to be scouring the scenes for him when they watch the film now. I know I will.

“Dancing with the Stars” producers love the big ratings that contestant Bristol Palin has brought to the show, but now as she advances toward the finals, sources are telling PopEater that the show’s credibility is on the line.

The source says that DWTS is looking more like a popularity contest rather than a credible dance competition:

This will be a disaster for the show if Bristol wins. Any creditability the show had will be over. It will go from being a dancing competition to a popularity competition where whoever has the most rabid fan base will always win no matter how little talent they have.”

They also fear that the bigger name celebrities won’t be interested in doing the show if she wins:

“Another problem the producers foresee is that after Bristol wins no one in Hollywood will ever want to be on the show again. Why would a real star want to compete and lose against someone like [former U.S. Senate candidate] Christine O’Donnell or Levi Johnston. It’s humiliating. The producers know they are in big trouble for sure.”
