Miley Cyrus just celebrated a birthday. The pop singer turns 18 TODAY and BOY did she throw one heck of a party! Have you seen the pictures of her making out with Nickelodeon star Avan Jogia? Click here to check one out. I’m not so sure Billy Ray Cyrus is going to be thrilled about his daughter necking with a young buck… while wearing a black bra and showing off her mid-region.
This is such a week for celebration! First, Miley Cyrus rocked it at the 2010 AMAs, and then got a few dozen of her closest friends together for a birthday party at L.A. hotspot Trousdale.
“She had such a good time,” a guest reported. “She was so happy and having so much fun just dancing nonstop, surrounded by all of her friends. It was the party she was hoping for.”
So, does this mean Avan Jogia And Miley are a couple? Not really. A source told People Magazine that Cyrus is still very much single.
“She’s still single… [they] are getting to know each other.”

Horrible dress and her outfit for her birthday party was just horrific. I may be jealous or to old to dress like that. LOL. She seems to have had no parental guidance over the years. Trailer trash.
