Financial problems? What financial problems? Former ‘Inferno’ star Lindsay Lohan was spotted treating herself to some bling yesterday. Maybe she took advantage of a holiday sale .

Lindsay seems to be doing well as the holiday season gets into full swing, from spending Thanksgiving with her father, Michael Lohan, to hanging out at Starbucks, she’s looking better than she has in a looong time.

And below are pictures of her attending an AA meeting (click through the thumbnails to see). I bet the people at Betty Ford made the right decision to have her stay in California so she could continue her treatment rather than take a break and fly East.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck took their daughters, Violet and Seraphina, out to lunch yesterday afternoon. Then Jennifer took the girls with her for some mother-daughter time.

Did you know Ben is an Oscar contender for his work in ‘The Town’? I wonder if he’ll be manage to get a nomination for directing or acting or both? Ben’s career has had quite a few ups and downs, so this must be shaping up to be an enjoyable holiday season for him and his family .

‘Love and Other Drugs‘ star Anne Hathaway hosted Saturday Night Live last weekend, and in one of her skits she was Katie Holmes. Anne explained the skit.

“I was a teenager whenDawson’s Creek was airing, and I was a pretty avid fan, so it just sort of came from that,” she told The Hollywood Reporter. “It wasn’t really Katie Holmes; it was more (her Dawson’scharacter) Joey Potter.”

Remember yesterday when I told you about TMZ’s story that Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen’s estranged wife, had to be taken to a sober living house after having too much fun in a hotel on Thanksgiving?

Brooke’s mother, Moira, claims to Radar Online that the story is NOT true.

“Brooke is fine,” Moira declared to RadarOnline.com, in an exclusive interview, before joining her daughter for lunch at The Ivy restaurant in Los Angeles on Saturday.

“We arrived at the hotel (Farmer’s Daughter) with Brooke on Thanksgiving morning to see my sister who was in town for the holiday… We were going to go out for coffee, but decided not to. The whole thing is just ludicrous, to suggest it was anything else is just insane.”

“I hit the gym hard today!!!! I fell off for 8 weeks in NYC BUT IM BAAAACKKKK!” she Tweeted Saturday.

The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star admits it’s been a process to accept her curves.

“I never knew to embrace curves,” said Kardashian, who is now dating Halle Berry‘s ex, Gabriel Aubry. “I looked at my aunt and cousins and saw these Armenian women with big butts and boobs, and I didn’t really realize how attractive it actually was then. Your perspective grows.”

(Kim’s mother, by the way, says she and Gabriel are NOT dating.)

I don’t know if Kim and Nicole Richie are friends, but if they are, then Kim should definitely talk to Nicole for advice on maintaining a disciplined workout regimen . Then again, maybe working with Skechers on the Shaping Up with the Kardashians challenge will be enough incentive.

Did you know Shanna Moakler has a new reality TV show in the works? It’s called ‘Bridalplasty,’ and PopEater’s StyleList got all the details. The premise is that brides compete to get their “wish list” of plastic surgeries done.

Like the original ‘Extreme Makeover’ (when people got made over, not houses) but for brides.

StyleList: Shanna, your contestants are engaged to men who loved them enough to propose. What did they need to change?
Shanna Moakler: Well, they don’t need to change anything. I thought some of the girls were stunning, but plastic surgery is a very personal decision. That said, I’m in the beauty business, I run a pageant (Miss California USA). I have to be honest, I saw things I would want to fix on some of the women.

SL: Dr. Dubrow [the plastic surgeon for the show], why do something as drastic as surgery before a wedding?
Dr. Terry Dubrow: It’s very common for a woman to have a breast augmentation to fill out their dress. In older women (getting married) I do facelifts a lot. I also do a lot of mother-in-laws! The goal seems is to be a better version of yourself. Along with hair extensions and makeup (surgery) has become a part of getting ready for the big day.

Really?! I’m thinking like StyleList: you’d be contemplating plastic surgery BEFORE the engagement (before you’re even dating anyone seriously), not as part of your pre-wedding planning!
