Close call! Josh Duhamel fell in a street in New York City (talk about the WRONG place to fall) and nearly got hit by a car as a result. Luckily, as you can see, he wasn’t hurt.. He even seems to have found the incident amusing, judging from the pictures below after the fall.

I wonder if the car was driven by the flight attendant who had him escorted off a flight after he reportedly mouthed off and refused to turn off his Blackberry? Josh is having a rough couple of days! Maybe he just really misses Fergie after their quality time together earlier this week.

Initially, the studio was considering releasing Mel Gibson’s latest film, ‘The Beaver,’ this fall, so it could qualify for the Oscars. (It’s directed by Jodie Foster.) Then all of his problems with Oksana Grigorieva started.

So now, according to Deadline Hollywood, the movie will be released in spring 2011. I’ve gotta ask:

It sounds like Nick Lachey is being completely honest about his upcoming wedding to longtime girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo.

“I want it to be about her,” Lachey tells PEOPLE. “Any guy will tell you that it’s probably more about the bride than the groom. It’s just about celebrating your love for each other.”

He said they aren’t in the planning stages yet, but it sounds like Nick’s pretty much going to leave that to Vanessa. But don’t take that as a sign he doesn’t love her.

“She’s my soulmate in every way,” he gushes. “She gets me, I get her. We enjoy a lot of the same things and we enjoy each other’s company.”

Awww… I’m glad these two hung in there and are getting married . it can’t have been easy for Nick after his divorce from Jessica Simpson.

It looks like Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez have had ENOUGH of the paparazzi photographing them! They were spotted leaving a West Hollywood restaurant yesterday. Halle looks like she was annoyed but not enough to dim her mood.

However, it looks like that wasn’t the case for Olivier. As you can see from some of the pictures below, he was photographed confronting a paparazzo. Wonder if the photographer said something to set him off?

E! News reports that the photographer filed a police report, alleging that Olivier threated him. Oops.

Did you catch the first season of former ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ contestant, Brandy, and her brother, Ray J’s, reality TV show on VH1?

This is a clip of the second season. The second season is said to feature a mix of Brandy’s and Ray J’s professional and personal lives and debuts December 5 on VH1. Given what Brandy’s said about her personal life, that could be interesting or rather dull.

While Lady Gaga did some shopping in Milan, Blake Lively did some shopping in Paris with a friend. I can definitely see the ‘Gossip Girl’ star enjoying shopping in Paris, too .

She talked about how she bought more than 40 pairs of Louboutins. Blake said some of them were gifts. If that’s the case and Blake is looking for more friends, I bet we’d get along great- LOL.

Blake has even said she loves fashion so much she doesn’t use a stylist. If that’s the case, she has great fashion sense, don’t you think?
