Reality parents Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick made the joint decision to keep their son, Mason Dash, 1, off of her new reality series “Kourtney and Kim Take New York“. She explained that she’s a little weirded out by the whole thing:

“You’re not going to see Mason. Scott and I decided not to have him on the show this season. [I'm} weirded out to have [Mason] on camera. He can’t make the decision if he wants to be involved in this craziness or not.”

I respect that line of thought – that he’s not old enough to decide for himself.

She shared that she doesn’t regret the choice because things were really crazy in New York:

“I think we made a good decision to leave him off the show because it was really crazy and really hectic any time we left the hotel. There was massive paparazzi, so we tried to keep him as protected as possible.”

Kourtney did say that they aren’t ruling out the idea of him on a reality show entirely:

“I think we’ll take it season by season with Mason,” Kardashian says. “We’ll see how it goes and how we’re feeling at the time.”

I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that those rumors of Scott wanting too much money for Mason to appear on Lamar and Khloe’s upcoming show were made up. It sounds like the parents just want to protect their little guy.

Rumor has it that Sandra Bullock is letting Ryan Reynolds get to know her son Louis, quite well. A source tells PopEater:

“Sandra loves the idea of Louis having a good male role model in his life. They play together for hours, and Ryan even helps out changing the little fella’s diaper.”

The source also shared that being around Sandra and Louis (reportedly during getaways to her Wyoming home) has made Ryan realize what he’s been missing:

Ryan loves children and has always wanted to be a dad. He would have loved to have had a baby with Scarlett, but work always came first. Having a little baby around has made Ryan realize that life isn’t about making movies and money. It’s about surrounding yourself with love.”

I’m still not 100% convinced that the romance rumors are true, but I secretly REALLY want them to be true!!!

Kim Kardashian must be feeling better – she was all smiles as she headed to “Barry’s Bootcamp” this morning in Sherman Oaks.

Katharine McPhee was doing some shopping at The Grove this morning with her adorable dogs.

Reese Witherspoon was also out and about with her four-legged friend this morning. She was photographed going for a hike in the Hollywood hills with her dog and some friends.

Everyone seems to be in fitness mode! Maybe it’s a combination of the upcoming awards season and then after-affects of the holidays?

The gorgeous Gemma Arterton has been announced as the new face of the G-Star Spring/Summer 2011 campaign. The “Clash of the Titans” actress shared why she jumped at the chance to work with the company:

‘I feel like a tough girl in a fancy frock sometimes, and I think G-Star is the same. I like the contradiction between glamour and durability. Sometimes people are shocked when they meet me because of this contradiction.

Gemma, who is among the possible contenders for the new ‘Dark Knight Rises’ movie, is also writing a blog for G-Star on their website.

I checked out the site and now I’m DYING for something sweet.

50 Cent might find himself under investigation by the U.S. Security Exchange Commission after he tweeted his followers about his buying stock in a company he recently invested in. He invested in a company called TV Goods back in October and tweeted about the company to his followers on Monday:

“You better get in now I’m never saying this again. Watch how this company blows up. Follow my lead there (sic) going to get bigger trust me even if its (sic) a small investment it will pay off.”

It all seems very innocent, but when you have that many followers who want to do what you say – the stock rose by 10 cents per share by the close of business on Monday.

The boost meant 50 Cent’s 30 million shares in TV Goods were now worth an extra $8.7 million – but reports suggest his actions on Twitter could have violated the rules on manipulating stock value, and he could find himself under investigation by the SEC.

50 saw the error of his ways – he deleted the Tweets and added a new one warning followers to do their own research:

“(My) own HNHI stock thoughts on it are my opinion. Talk to (a) financial advisor about it. HNHI is the right investment for me it may or may not be right for (you)! Do ur (sic) homework.”

Hopefully he won’t be in trouble, but being a businessman, you’d think he knew better than to Tweet something like that!
