‘Jersey Shore’ cast member J-Woww must be breathing a sigh of relief: she was able to block her ex-boyfriend, Tom Lippolis, from seeling nude pictures of her. Her lawyer spoke out about the whole fiasco:

“Jenni is obviously very happy that the judge saw it her way,” Farley’s Long Island, NY-based attorney Rudy Fusco tells FOX411 exclusively. “Tom is out there right now, doing a lot of press, radio shows and the Twitter, the Facebook—all that fun stuff. I saw a post of his describing the pictures, and that’s not the whole story—trust me. The pictures are a lot more graphic than that. They’re not what he’s making them out to be.”

The pictures reportedly were taken while J-Woww was under the influence of anesthesia, before and after she underwent plastic surgery. J-Woww’s attorney argued that she was unable to consent to the pictures since she was drugged.

Tom argued that since J-Woww had considered doing Playboy, he should be able to sell the pictures.

Talk about ROTTEN! Whether you decide to become a reality TV personality or not, there are certain times when everyone deserves some privacy- like right before you go under the knife! (Unless you allow camera crews in to shoot it, of course ).
