Make no mistake, Jennie Garth is very proud of her husband, Peter Facinelli’s, work in the Twilight Saga films, but she admits in a new interview that she’s eager for the final films to be finished so she can have her husband back.

She tells PopEater:

“Oh, for sure. I can’t even remember what life is like with a husband. I will be very happy.”

Jennie says that he tries to make it home to be with her and their three daughters at least once every two weeks, but his crazy schedule makes the time in between difficult:

“It gets harder the more time he’s gone. It’s more of a challenge to keep everybody connected, and for the girls, they miss him so much, so it’s kind of heart-wrenching to see him come and go. But there’s no other way to keep him doing what he does and keep their lives normal.

“We could become a traveling circus — go with him wherever he goes and homeschool the kids. But they’re enjoying having regular quiet lives, and we like them to be able to have that.”

Jennie, who left ’90210′ last year so she could focus on raising her girls and writing, says that she’s content with being the stay-at-home mom:

“I’ve really been focusing on the family and the girls and keeping things normal for them. Whether it’s a sacrifice or not, I don’t know — but it’s definitely what I want to be doing. I want him to take this time for himself and make the most of it. And besides, with him as the breadwinner, that dynamic works for a marriage.”

I can’t imagine how tough it is on their family – especially when Peter is filming the final two movies for ‘Twilight‘ PLUS his uber-successful Showtime series “Nurse Jackie“, too. I love that they are working hard at making it work – they seem like such a “normal” family.

Helen Mirren seems like she’d be SUCH a blast to be around. Here she is having a great time on the red carpet at the European premiere of “Brighton Rock” at the Odeon West End in London. She’s a class act, but doesn’t take herself too seriously and knows how to have fun.

It looks like Greg Kinnear and Katie Holmes have a lot to celebrate today -their miniseries ‘The Kennedys‘ finally has a “home”! After completing the $30 million series, the History Channel decided that it wouldn’t air it (reported after receiving pressure from the family). Today ReelzChannel announced that it will premiere the miniseries in April. The CEO shared:

“One of the benefits of being an independent network is that you can be an independent voice and you don’t have to worry about corporate pressure or political pressure,. This is a project that deserves to be seen.”

I’ve read a few blurbs that raved about the good performances – I’m excited to see this.
